We were quoted $350 or less for having the cv joint on the driver's side replaced on our ***** pilot. It's our only car. It was supposed to be done in one day. Ok I get it your compressor died and we had to wait a day. I had to call them to find out anything. Which requires me to leave my house to get signal. I asked to make sure the work was under the $400MAX We told them ABSOLUTELY no more. Finally day 3 we get told car is ready. I go to get the car. Apparently they are idiots and don't know that they had to order a size 26inch axle for our car.....which they told me they made that mistake before. Even their part guy remembered they made that mistake before. They had to drive across town to get the part. They had issues. With me calling 2x 2 days prior they never said it would be more, no heads up NOTHING. They didn't say do you want to wait on the oil change. NOTHING. We would have waited on the oil change so we could afford the work. Disrespectful calling me "girly". They told me to call my in-laws for money to pay them. They wanted to talk to my husband but not me. They would not budge on price. They did NOT say or have signs posted that there's a convenience fee. They in total charged us with "convenience fee" and everything charged us $580.33. If we didn't pay everything right then he would have to hold our registration. Which if we got stopped by the police would have gotten us in bigger trouble. Next time I'll go to ********* or ANYWHERE else. These guys are "christians". I told them paying that much we can't afford propane for our little home. They didn't care. The older **** wouldn't even wait on me, he just walked away. The *********************** didn't have a heart. Don't go here if you're a woman. Don't go here if you want honest, or good treatment. If this is a "christian" ******** I don't serve the same God. They serve money only.
