Service Desk @ BBB. Please Take "NOTICE". I was en route to CA. in July 2024. Well as one would have it I Developed a major mechanical breakdown. I was in ******, NM, and did not know anyone. I asked the Manager at the ***** Travel Stop in Gallup if he could tell me who could work on my 2013 Mercedes Benz, He did not know but his co-worker gave me the names of 3 separate Auto Repair shops. I called two and neither worked on European Foreign Automobiles. The third call was to; FOREIGN AUTO SPECIALTY SERVICE COMPANY. (FASSCO) The Service Writer Levi greeted me, I then had my car towed to their shop. They diagnosed the problems and recommended repairs with pictures of the damaged parts and a full list of the repairs. I had to spend overnight which ended up being a wonderful experience, I found the best Steak House/Sports Bar. in downtown ******. A truly remarkable eatery Special parts had to be ordered so here is the best part. FASSCO went to work. They negotiated with my Aftermarket Warranty Contractor and fought for my discounts and services that the Warranty people denied, with remarkable findings. Levi was exceptional and knowledgeable. I can never thank him enough. So If ever a person needs Specialty Auto repairs don't take chances. Call them (505) 863 - 6132. This is a family-owned business, The owners are; The Sowers Family, Ted, Levi, and Ted Jr. My experiences over the past 40 years being an over-the-road traveler posting over 60,000 miles per year appreciates good Service and This company "FASSCO" ranks # 1 . They are the best, their labor rate was 60% less than that of the Mercedes Dealer that I called but most of all the personal treatment was priceless. Worse place ever dont take your ride here. They had my car for three four weeks and I got it back the same way a little worse than before shifting and they never update you on the progress I had to call myself for progress then they said they ordered parts and he calls the next week saying did you want us to do it abs order the parts I told **** you said you ordered them last week week when I said to order they charged me ****** for giving me the car back the same way it was and told me I had to take it to dealership horrible experience he kept saying it takes awhile to diagnose three to four weeks ???? I dont think it takes that long !!
