I purchased a car from a dealership here in **********, the sticker inside had a piece of paper saying it was done by these people. The car, which was brand new at the time that I purchased it, was given to me covered in scratches across the hood. Keep in mind, I test drove this vehicle just an hour before this point and did an inspection, there was no issue, the car was then sent back to them to get detailed before I could leave with it. When I was picking up the vehicle after it had been detailed, I noticed the scratches and pointed them out. A salesman walked back and spoke with the shop, and after about 30 minutes of waiting he came back to inform me they were detailing a new vehicle for me. They intentionally took much longer on this one, and I waited in the dealership another 2 hours after the point when the salesman got back to me to let me know before the new truck was brought up. When the detailer got out, he was active aggressive and insulting myself, making a lot of assumptions about my profession, insulting my family and mother, just about everything you could think of. I later went in to complain to the store manager once the detail person had left, as he was being quite aggressive and I feared he was one step away from getting physical at this point, and was told a formal complaint would be filed and I could get the info about the action taken emailed to me. Before leaving I learned that the person who I had this encounter with, acting aggressively toward me, was one of the owners named *****, through one of the dealership employees. This was at Reliable chevorlet near the cottonwood mall, no way to conduct a business. Looking up the business it looks like ***** doesn't even show up as an owner, maybe I would be upset too if my family wouldnt give me any piece of the family company, but I don't blame em. Rating would be less than 1 star if possible. Do not shop at any detail shop they operate in.

My name is ************** and Jan.06, 2022 I went to DNN Detailing to have my car windows tinted by the order of ****** Car Dealer on Lomas Blvd., the tinting work was paid for with the purchase of my new "Kicks" auto. When I arrived there they told that it would take 4 hours which was far longer that I ever experienced having previous cars tinted at other locations. I had no other car to go home so I had to wait. Well after 2 hours of waiting I ask the man working there how much longer did he think it would take and he said 45 minutes more. After everything was done the car was put on the lot, I read on the paperwork and it said there was 3 different scratches on my car but there were no scratches and when I confronted them about it they told me get the **** off their lot and told me "go **** yourself. I was never given any warranty or paperwork after all the work was done.

I ordered a special high performance truck from a dealership in *********** in April. When I picked the truck in August, there was a sticker on the inside of the windshield for DNN autdetailing **** Apparently, the dealership uses them to get vehicles ready to sell. I also found scratches on the hood. I was upset so I called and left a message. The message said that I did not appreciate their advertising on my brand new expensive vehicle they should be ashamed of themselves and to have a lousy day. I did not mention the scratches. A couple of hours later DNN auto detailing called me back several times. When I answered the guy starting going off on me. He insulted me, berated me, insulted my mother, and threatened me with physical harm. I hung up and he called a several more times. I did not get his name but he was calling from DNN and had mentioned my message. What a psycho to blow up my phone then insult and threaten me because I did not like my brand new truck being used as a billboard for their advertising and said have a lousy day. I dont know who caused the scratches, but it was obvious that whoever washed the truck used an abrasive pad and scratched the finish. Since they left the sticker and worked on the truck, it could have been them. They also left part of an assembly sticker on the trim around the digital display screen.
