All Week Plumbing, Heating, and HVAC came to my home to service my boilers. One boiler was making a loud rattling noise every time I turned the heat on. The diagnosis was that I had the wrong water pump and replaced it with a proper one. 2 weeks later, the same noise was recurring. I contacted All Week and they sent a technician out. The technician said it was the meter which wasnt sending water to the pump and caused the pump that I just replaced to malfunction. I explained to All Week the situation and stated they misdiagnosed the 1st visit, and now I find myself again in the same situation. The refused to refund me nor rectify the situation. Stating when they left, the boiler was working properly. Not only did I pay over $1500.00 for the initial visit, but they wanted close to the same amount for the repair. I refused their offer and contacted PSE&G. When PSE&G arrived, they gave me a totally different diagnosis and also pointed out that the pump was installed wrong. It was in the reverse position.Review from james r

amazing and supper service.we had them replace our air conditioning system and they were prompt, cleaned after themself and our house is supper cold during this heat wave.

We had a problem with our water heater that was leaking and wasnt working in the evening I called All Week and within 5 minutes got a return call through FaceTime **** showed me how to shut off the water to the heater but I couldnt do it. Within 20 minutes ****** was here and realized he had to change the valve.. we discussed the cost of a new water heater and sump pump and they were here the following day to do replacements They were courteous and did a great, neat job!! Time and time again All Week Plumbing has been the saving ***** for me and my family. I came home to a minor flood in my crawl space only discover that my hot water heater had shut off, needless to say I was panicked!! I called **** from All Week Plumbing and he was able to walk me through step by step how to get my pilot lit and my heater back up and running. This was at 9 pm when I thought no one would be there to help but **** not nknky answered my called he Facetimed me to talk me through the entire process. THANK YOU!!All Week Plumbing & Heating, Inc. All the staff at All Week Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is professional, helpful and honest. Im a repeat customer and have dealt with their main office multiple times and would honestly say that most of their technicians came to fix things around my house and they were amazingly polite, courteous and had superior workmanship. Called All Week at 8 pm yesterday because my AC system was blowing cool air instead of cold air. ******************* came out within 30 minutes and handled the matter in a very professional way. If it wasnt for **** my AC system would have still not been working. I highly recommend this company as it is my first time reaching out to them. I am a repeat customer of All Week and would recommend them very highly. Any time I've needed service their response has been quick, their ********************* have been easy to work with and their pricing has been FAIR. Today I woke up to our central A/C not running. I called at 7:30am and by 9:00am I was back up and running. I was braced for a huge **** and instead had a nominal charge for what turned out to be a simple routine maintenance. If you need a simple repair, then that is what they will do - no price gouging, no upselling, no unnecessary hassles. In the past I needed a more extensive repair (a new A/C compressor) - and in that case too the work was completed quickly, professionally, and fairly. 5+ stars - use All Week if you have a problem!All Week Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
