              So we entered into contract with vacation Select service and consulting. We were contacted by Frances about getting us out of our timeshare and restructuring it to get it payed off and rebought for 19,900. The process to get "approved" by the board of lawyers took two weeks. On 8/18 they sent over a contract for us to sign which we did and they asked for the 19900 so they can start on the process. Needless to say we have still been waiting for a resolve to which the excuses of wyndham is behind and not responding to we switch teams and now ********* law firm takes it. Every time we call and emailed the response is the same the letter was sent or we are drafting a follow up. I have asked at this point for them to get us out of their contract and refund my money as my credit is ruined from none payment and no action has been done on their part. Now they no longer respond to my phone calls and my emails get blocked. I have more documentation and emails to this matter. Please resolve

              Where were all these bad reviews a few years ago!?! They got me out of my contract with *******, but because it was a Deed in Lieu it really hurt my credit rating, plus I had to pay tons in taxes! I made my last payment to them in December, 2019. It is now May, 2021 and I do not have the 500,000 points that were contracted to me. No one has spoken to me in over a year. The emails come back as undeliverable. I gave them over $46,000!!! I am just sick over this! Instead of enjoying my retirement, I am having to work full time again just to cover the debt I am in from all of this. I am giving them 1 Star out of 5 because it doesn't allow me to give less than that. If anyone knows how to get my money back...."
