Lots of shenanigans at this school! School's director ********************************* closed the school for 5 weeks October 2022-November 2022 for 'Covid Reasons', then failed repeatedly to properly submit the necessary information to the ********************************************* (VA Edu) to adjust my course end date from January 2023 to March 2023 (the school submitted the information incorrectly 3 times). Also, the classes were video recorded (we had to acknowledge 'OK' at the beginning of each session that we knew we were being recorded), yet ************************** keeps telling me no video recordings exist (this was after he initially told me he had to pull the recordings 'Out of the Cloud'. The video recordings contained valuable class interaction/feedback and Question/Answer sessions that I planned to utilize in preparation for my exam. ************************** appears to know his way around the VA Edu system and that they're not likely to hold him accountable. But I feel an obligation to warn EVERYONE, especially veterans, about this man and this school.

Dear ******,I am sorry for way you feel!Contrary to what you have written, we have actively pursued with the VA with reasons for a granting an extension to your program. I have also talked to their representatives regarding this several times stating the reasons for our request. Unfortunately, there was nothing more we could do!As we have explained to you many times, we remain committed to our students and their success. We are also cognizant of our responsibilities and obligations not only to our students, but also our partners. We have always maintained a clean and transparent record of our functioning as a school. We also realize that we are accountable for our actions, and we have always followed state and federal laws and ensured compliance at every level.Since the time we have been in operation, our primary focus of attention has always been our students and their success. We have always supported all our students both present and past, by offering them help with skills training and support. We have an open door policy for all our past students, and they are welcome to come and retrain themselves at no additional cost!Regarding class recordings, we have sent you links to class videos that were available. I also mentioned to you verbally and through email that we will share the remaining class recordings as and when they are ready. I will ask your instructor to start sending them over to you early next week, since we have a class in session now. Besides the recordings, we strongly suggest you retake the program as well. We want to ensure that you are provided all the necessary help so you are ready to take the certification exam.I would like to call you next week, with an expectation that we can continue to work with you and to ensure your success.
