Received over 7 calls in less than 2 hours this morning. I didn't request TZ insurance to contact me or provide me with information. I got all info I needed from a specific life insurance company last pm. Somehow my info got routed to this ridiculous group. When I did answer phone and explained I got all my info last pm and didn't need their assistance.. she abruptly hung up on me. I have worked in legitimate sales call centers without annoying auto-dialing. ** calls multiple times a day without leaving a voicemail. I was able to pick up the 3rd call today on my landline which I use for business and just said stop calling!. So far so good. Ive learned to never use my cellphone number when requesting info online. ******** can be difficult to understand as it is and I would NEVER use a company like TZ. Called 3 times this morning & did not leave a message. I answered the 3rd call to tell them to stop calling. Woman said she was following up on MY request to be contacted - I made no such request. Wanted to enroll me in Aetna. I told her I'm already covered by *****. Wanted to offer me additional benefits. I told her I already have vision, dental, hearing, and prescription coverage. Wanted to sell me more of the same. Finally got off the phone. Really getting sick of these nuisance calls and attempted scams.Review from Courtney J

I worked for this company for 6 years and liked it at the beginning. Tz breached their contract with former employees. Employees are supposed to be released 180 days after termination. Its been well over 180 days and I am still tied to them. They dont have a direct contact, and I cant seem to get the answers I need. I would hate to have to deal with arbitration on the contract between me and TZ, but I will, if it is not rectified expeditiously.Review from FRANK W

On Feb. 20th, I received four illegal sales calls from these clowns. Sent demand letter for $2000 and will file if no reply. In addition to TCPA violations also claiming Fraudulent Concealment.Review from Brian A

TZ insurance solutions. They called many times. I spoke with an agent, she was knowledgeable and helpful and set us up with good coverage. That is where ANY service ends. I secured emails and telephone support numbers and extension numbers when setting up my account. Automated attendants - auto disconnect you. Direct extensions are unanswered and voice mail messages are not an option. CSR number - cannot get through. Emails - email follow ups - unanswered after two weeks. I sat on hold onetime for 1.5 hours and did not get through. I’ve called six times, onetime we reached a human - who could not transfer us to our agent but promised to personal message her to call me, no response after 10 days. They have a fake Aetna medicare site - using the exact Aetna font, colors, etc. BUT they are not real. So after being hoodwinked by the fake site I called Medicare to get a new Medicare card and number. Only ever use www.aetnamedicare.com All other websites are FAKE - BEWARE!Review from Gloria H

Very unresponsive. Left several message I’ve a week , none of them were returned.
