            We met with *******, who initially was very nice, we received a quote, and our drive was replaced within a week. After we paid more than $3000, a few weeks later, soft spots of asphalt began to appear, and areas of the work were sliding and sinking. We we asked ******* to come inspect the defects, we received many promises, but he never came. He became verbally abusive, had many excuses of being too busy with big jobs, employees had COVID, we should NEVER text him on a Sunday, it was our fault because of the land our property is on, stated he never guaranteed the work. We were told he WOULD come out and tell us how much he would charge to fix the problem. We finally had the entire job excavated and redone by another contractor who advised A&S work was not done correctly. I do not recommend dealing with this company. When there is a problem with the job, ******* is rude, nasty, and always has an excuse and retort to customer complaints - again, it's their fault.

            I have no clue who you are nor did I receive any phone calls or texts you wrote this review today and you mentioned about Covid so Im assuming it has been a few years ago maybe you where calling and texting the wrong number Im very prompt and take care all of our complaints so I believe this review is unfair. Im sorry for any miscommunication or any inconvenience but I never got a call or text. Some situations the ground will sink and settle thats something we dont guarantee nor do any contractor if customer is not willing to pay additional fees to stabilize area as recommended we can only offer our recommendation. There is no way to determine if foundation is stable without ripping driveway out first then determining next approach if customer declines we pave against our will as customers request to get job completed
