This dealership is an absolute scam!!!! I was given an out of the door price over the phone based on the listed price online and a 0% APR promotion. When i went there they said its not applicable and that I was given the wrong price. They are going to "fire" the people who gave me the price. During the initial talk, they didn't even want to calculate an offer for me because I had called them out for their Internet sales people providing a price." They left for 10 minutes to, "listen to the recorded call" to see what happened. The "top salesman" **** was an absolutely unprofessional jackass, was not interested in any negotiating so I had to ask for his manager. After they finally got me a price, the reconditioning fee as well as Doc fee were 2-3 times what the listed price on the website was. It literally saved me that I read online and asked about the fees over the phone. Save your time, go to another dealership.Maybe this dealership was great at one point but now it is a disgrace to the Toyota brand. Hoping corporate comes and cleans up this trash site. I wouldn't even give a star review if i could.Review from Manuel M

Terrible, lies and more lies, I travelled almost 3 hours to see a car that I was sent a VIN number but car was not there. And they insist was an honest mistake and manager tried the change my mind and when I asked to see employee that made arrangement for price and visit I wax not able because she takes very long breaks , I call her and she said she will be back in 10 minutes, after that she never appeared and never answer my call againReview from Enmanuel T

************ Dec. 9, 2023, I purchased RX350 and offered me if i want the extended warranty that cost me $3500.00 and i said yes and paid it in full out of my credit card. The next day i called to cancelled it and the ********************** was sarcastic. I called/emailed several times few where answered. December 28 when they decided to cut the check and mailed to the Bank not to me. So, i waited another 2 weeks and finally the bank sends the check bank to TOYOTA universe. They email me to inform, and they will cut the check in my name and finally received my refund. BUT THEY DIDN'T REFUND THE *** THAT THEY IMPOSED ON THE $3500.00 VEHICLE WARRANTY WHICH WAS ABOUT $231.88. i Emailed ***************************** and never attempt to answered. We went to Toyota Universe looking for a Grand Highlander with the hope to purchase it. We ended up looking at and leasing (misguided by **** while wishing to finance) a Sienna with an **** of $49K before negotiation . **** told us we were approved for leasing instead of financing. We asked to look at both numbers to make a decision. He just wrote on a piece of paper what our monthly payments would be. Both options be around 1K, but a lease would be cheaper. We said we were leaning towards financing. It is what we had done in the past. There was no real explanation in the difference between leasing and financing. He asked how much we would be putting down. We paid $10K when you really don't need to leave such a large down payment on a lease. He kept saying the interest would be much higher if we finance, but no actual numbers were shown. We didn't have a chance to negotiate the price either. We feel that we were swindled with this "deal". Also, **** (financing person) asked my husband to sign documents and never allowed us to see a waiver indicating we could wait 24 hours before signing the contract. We were rushed out of there. We called the next day and no one was around. We called Toyota directly. They confirmed $73K for a Sienna 2023 was way over the **** value. They asked to contact Toyota Universe again. We went in person again because the numbers do not add up and our $10K do not reflect as our down payment anywhere. **** met with us again even though we requested to speak to his manager. **** told us he was the only manager there and that Toyota has been charging $10,000.00 over the market value on every car they sell now. He said if we switched over to Financing we would be paying a whole lot more. That is not what Toyota Financial says. These people took our money and we are stuck with an unwanted lease. I will never lease a car or purchase anything from them again. Do your homework and read before you sign. Don't walk, run away from Toyota Universe!Review from Rong C

I signed the sale agreement, the Toyota Universe rep told me the boss do not want sell this vehicle. but still hold my deposit. Asked many times & spent over 8 days, the dealer still hold the deposit.Review from DIANA T

****************** in Toyota: My experience was terrible. On Thursday I called Toyota ****************** and asked about prices for tiers and aliment. I was told that Toyota has a promotion "'buy 3 tiers, get one for dollar" and 99$ aliment. I also asked about the cheapest tiers and got a price 130$. So **** + 99 + taxes and services, so i was prepared to pay 520 - 550$. I made an appointment for Saturday morning 7 am , and arranged my car to dealership on Friday. The advisor called me around 8 am and said that he did not know about promotion, he didn't know about cheapest tiers, and my estimates for 4 tiers and aliment will be 1200$. I asked to deliver the car home. He called back and said that the manager **** told him to honor prices that were given before. I didn't sign any documents, I just trusted a lier from Toyota.My bill was 670$ instead of expected 550$. I called manager ****, and he yelled at me and hang up on me. On November 24, 2023, I visited Toyota Universe located in ************, **. On this day ******, named as the Assistant Manager, was very disrespectful, condescending and deceitful. He quoted me a $649 monthly payment that included a $3800 extended warranty, gap coverage and some other undisclosed items that totaled over an additional $7,000, without my knowledge or agreement. When I called my sister to discuss the $649 monthly payments, she advised me to walk away, that's when the disrespect and condescending acts unveiled. I was told "I'm letting someone ruin my day as well as you're not buying a car." That's when I found out the payments was going to be $649 for 72 months and not 60 months, again information without my consent, knowledge or in agreement with. I only found out his deceitful ways ( extended warranty, 72 months payment term, gap coverage, and other unauthorized charges that totaled over $7,000), after I called capitalone to discuss the terms of the contract that Toyota Universe submitted to them for a vehicle I was looking to purchase from their dealership. When I called back to speak with the finance manager on the information that I gained knowledge of. I was never connected to him and neither was I called back. Thanks to capitalone financing, I was able to avoid getting scammed into a contract that was never discussed with me( to this day) an oversell of products that I didn't even want.Review from Emma G

Most reviews on ****** are negative saw after I leased it they changed the price after agreement was reached they put the car lease in my name before I was able to review it .Nothing was disgust about the contract about reviewing it for a day and it was already in my name they do not return calls they also changed the deal I was suppose to get and used another bank so I would not qualify for the deal without my consent they continually moved us around alarms going off I gave them a deposit under the agreement sale price then it was raised to ****** more after the car was placed in my name would never recommend them ********
