BUYER BEWARE! I had an absolutely horrible car buying experience with these people. Just go somewhere else TRUST ME! They will tell you that you HAVE to purchase the *** insurance but dont listen to their lies. You dont HAVE to spend that $1,500, its just a cash grab for them. Oh and I still havent gotten that money back and its been months. They never even serviced the truck I bought and wouldnt show me any service records the computer was down it even had dead batteries! You cant make this stuff up man. I had to spend $2,900 to get the truck completely serviced and dialed in. Ive never felt so scammed in my life. DO NOT TRUST THESE LYING USED CAR SALESMAN!!!Review from Natalya B

Certified Pre Owned Honda of Hamilton doesnt required / specifications.I bought a car ****** Pathfinder 2016 on 01/12/23 for my family member, who fled the war with some savings . Everything was fine when I got it, on 03/23/ 23 the car was diagnosed with TRANSM FAILURE .This car didnt drive for a certain period of time that was under warranty. I dropped my car to N/F. they did diagnostics and they called me that TRANSMIS need to be REPLACED .From 03/24 until 05/11 , I had very bad experience of communication with the staff who work at this dealer. The fact that the car was under warranty when diagnosing this problem, they insisted that the car was no longer under warranty and I would have to pay for this repair at my own expense. After , they again informed me that they could do me a favor and divide this expense in half and pay me half , To which I didnt agree and insisted that the car was under warranty and should be repaired at they expense. On 05/ 11 , I picked the car from the dealer . After driving a car for a few weeks , on 05/30 ,I had to return to them again to fix the problem after the repair. The TRANSMIS STARTED LEAKING FLUID . From 05/30 till 08/2 the car was at the dealer. 08/2 , I picked up the car from the dealer . 01/22/ 24 the car cant accelerate over 15mph and check engine light is on . Diagnostics showed that TRANSMIS NEED TO BE CHANGED AGAIN. On 01/24/24 I towed the car to the H/H dealer and left it there. ****************** of H/H ,refuses to repair it because theres no warranty.I want to remind you once again ,that the car was purchased in 01/12/23 and today is 01/24//24 Now , I ask for HELP, to help me to warn everyone to avoid it and never buy any cars from this dealer. They dont meet their criteria. Taking into account this whole situation that developed with a family member for whom this car was purchased , I beg that BBB help admit the dealers guilt for selling a faulty Lemon law car and return the money .Review from Maria G

On the response from the owner, I called on 2 occasions, as requested by the owner and my calls were transferred to a voice machine, I left my name, phone number and the calls were not returned, my car is in your shop since August 28th, waiting for a part on back order since that date I was told it would be in within **** days which is an acceptable time, it is now over 47 days and still no part, I asked for a loaner car only to be told you NO LONGER Offer this, I need to call your advisor and come in to find the status of my vehicle. when I do go past I see it's still parked in the same spot, and not touched I still have no vehicle, to get around, and no help from this dealership.************Review from Karol M

My Step Daughter bought a 2009 ****** for ******. 6 months later this car needs pistons. Which they told her would be *****. It also needs the motor for the door. She is disabled and bought this car to get her back and forth to the Dr's with her inheritance money she received from her Dad. This car to her was like purchasing a new car. I spent 2 hrs there trying to find out what was going on. The Service Manager informed me this is known to happen with this engine and Honda is aware of it. Oh really. While I was there I asked what they would give her for the car. They told me *****. Which shows me this car wasn't worth what they charged her. ****** for 6 months wow. I spoke to the ** and he told me I could take it somewhere else and get another opnion. Or find someone that would do it cheaper and we could set up a payment plan. I keep hearing from anyone I talk to there it's a used car. I would not have expected any of this from a Dealership. It's independently owned and it shows. I understand things go wrong with vehicles but here there is no accountability. Once they get your money you are nothing to them and it shows. Just reading the reviews she is not alone. Try calling the ************* every time I do I'm on hold for at least 20 minutes at least.Review from Bryce B

Charged for a car wash - the car was bought new, there with "free car washes for as long as you own it."$13 and they want me to drive back to the dealer to reverse the charges.***** nonsense - my family has bought 2 cars there and spent $1000's in maintenance and repair at their shop. Certified Pre-Owned Honda does not meet requirements/specifications. I wonder how many other cars on the lot dont meet specifications? The Dealership doesnt return calls, when you finally get in touch, they dont take responsibility. They say everyone else is lying. Then they say they will follow up, but again, never do, and never return calls. Wont provide GMs number or transfer to speak with directly.Hamilton Honda Response

Go to another dealer if you want honesty and respect. Recently, we purchased a vehicle from Hamilton Honda. It was a horrible experience. The salesperson, ****, was hesitant to give us the rate of the loan and only wanted to provide the price of the monthly payment. I thought this was outrageous and demanded to know the rate of the loan. Also on 3 separate occasions, ****, left my family waiting for over 20 minutes plus, as he waited on two white families that came in the dealership after us. We felt completely disrespected and started to leave, at that point. However, our son needed a vehicle desperately so against our better judgment we stayed. Of course, this situation went from bad to worse. The car remote stopped working the next day after our purchase and Honda refused to offer any assistance. We left several voicemail messages for **** and he did not return any of our calls. Next, we spoke to the manager, *****. It only got worse. She was unbelievably rude and sarcastic. Never before, had my husband and I been treated with such disrespect when purchasing a vehicle. It is amazing to see how differently Hamilton Honda treats you when you are looking to purchase a car compared to when you need help after the fact. They lied to me about my brakes needing to be replaced by giving me false reports and blaming it on "uncalibrated instruments". They then gave me the run around and made it extremely difficult when I tried ending my service contract. The dishonesty that they displayed through my experience in an effort to squeeze more money out of me or prevent me from being locked into their contract amazed me. This says something about how they are managed and the culture that is instilled. Their unprofessionalism and deceitfulness at this location is like nothing I've dealt with before. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle here, I recommend that you search elsewhere unless you want to deal with lies, terrible communication, and disrespect to their customers with a general manager that is basically nonexistent.
