              When I signed up for Solar Landscape on 1/3/2021, I was led to believe that the contract had started. In fact the estimated commercial operation date in the contract was 12/1/2020. Even after more than six months as of Jul 17, I have not heard from Solar Landscape about my solar credits or received anything from PS&G. I believe there is something wrong and I do not know when, how or what to do to get Solar Landscape to perform and provide solar credits. Thank you for your attention.

              I think this company has scammed me because I didnt receive any discounts on my electric bill and when I canceled their service they continued charging me 6 months later.

By way of background, in order to apply community solar credits to your bill, we work directly with the utility company (PSEG). When the utility applies the credits to your account, we get notified and then we bill you for the credits applied. We would like to investigate this and resolve it as swiftly as possible.
