I bought a gold chain from Price Rock on 6/18/22 for my fiance Never received it. No answers to my emails initially and no shipping or tracking information sent to me. This was after leaving them several emails in their help section on their website. Than suddenly and belatedly I received 2 emails stating that the merchandise was delayed but would be shipped on Monday 6/25. I never received my chain and any shipping or tracking information. This is Fraud in my Opinion. Fortunately I am backed by my financial institution. I dont want this chain anymore or anything to do with this company. I feel violated from this experience and it caused me grief with my fiance. I am posting this as a ************** Announcement to Protect other Consumers.Review from Daveon S

I ordered a 10k budded cross pendant and a 22in 10k gourmette chain 1.5mm and only received the pendant in the mail today. Very disappointed. I would like my chain that i paid for shipped to me please as soon as possible

If I could give zero stars I would. They advertised a gold necklace as weighing 6.1 grams. I weighed it twice on a food scale and postage scale and it actually weighs 4 grams. They offered me abt $40, while the actual difference in the value of the gold that was missing was abt $150. Also offered to take it back for full refund. None of this solves the problem of them ruining my girlfriends Christmas present. Thanks for nothingPR Jewelry Response

We usually refund back the amount of any weight differences that are out of the FTC's allowances. I placed an order on9/16/2021 I still have not received my order I have contacted them several times I have now asked for a refund they said it would be delivered in 3-7 days first they put a hold on it because the shipping an billing address is different of course it was bought a a gift so the address would be different after I finally got them to understand it was shipped on10/3/2020 as of date still no chain today is 10/8 when I tried to track it would not tell me location only that it is running late estimate delivery to 10/5 then 10/6PR Jewelry Response
