    Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating for this company. After being referred by my health care provider, I scheduled a meeting with *******, a Sunmed rep, to be fitted for compression garments in early April. She was less than helpful & it seemed like I had to pull information out of her to find out what options/items were available to me. (Warning sign #1) Nevertheless, I placed an order for a 2 compression sleeves & 2 gauntlets (1 custom/1 off the shelf) and a compression cami. Three weeks later I received a text message & email that my order was ready & to make a $56+ payment. No description of which item the total was for or what amount was covered by my insurance. (Warning sign #2) I took the time to call ***, the rep listed on the email to get the details. She confirmed they would be sending the cami I ordered but needed more info from my doctor to send the other items. I made the payment & waited another 2 weeks for the incorrect item to arrive at my door. (Warning sign #3) I contacted *** again & explained the issue, she assured me they would take care of it. After several emails between *** & *******, I was assured the correct item was being shipped. Another 2 weeks passed and to nobody's surprise another incorrect item was delivered to my home. (The last straw) I emailed ***, Melissa, & Joy (rep who sent the return label for the first item) to inform them of the error & requested a return label for the second item & to initiate a refund for my order. I received a label from ******** & returned both items on May 29th. Three weeks and not a peep from anyone at Sunmed. So on Monday, June 21st I sent another email to all parties I've interacted with during this time, still nothing. I sent another email today & then called & left a message requesting an update on the refund status & a call from a manger, supervisor, or team leader so I could file a complaint. Miraculously I received a phone call within the hour. I also received what I hope will be my final unprofessional email communication from Joy confirming a check would be mailed. I also received a call from **** ******** who assured me this is not the typical experience for a SunMed customer. He apologized for my experience & stated he would expedite my refund & work with his billing manager to ensure my insurance company was also promptly reimbursed so I can purchase new garments with another company. Hopefully he will follow through. If your health care provider refers you to Sunmed... my recommendation would be to pass & find a vendor on your own."
