I was "treated" at the ******* facility for *** and it was horrific. Thankfully they had (maybe) a total of 3 people who actually CARE about the patients.Not only that, but they have decided to send bills 4+ years AFTER going there that aren't even valid! This place is a joke

Today I reached out to this facility via the number their website. I young man picked up the phone and I was already picking up his impatience. I was calling to inquire about something specific and he was extremely uninterested in helping me...but I persisted and continued to be nice because I needed assistance. Well not only did he transfer me to the wrong location while I was speaking to him but when I called back I got a message that the number was not receiving calls which to me says he blocked my number!! I have never been MORE stressed calling a place that os supposed to be Stress Care. WHAT A JOKE! The most UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE person I have ever dealt with. And this is a person that works in mental health! Helping people! DO not, I repeat, DO NOT use their services.

I have been with this mental health facility for about 8 years and I have never put up with such inconsiderate and unprofessional staff. I am currently placing my 40th call during their hours of operation and no one is answering the phones and when going to voicemail it states all available agents are busy helping other customers.. that is not only untrue, but pure misinformation. The only time I have stress is when reaching out to them to PAY them and they dont answer let alone help with the issue when its time sensitive. Clearly mental health is not their first priority as I am sure I am not the only one who gets dismissed by this so called professional office. Also, there should be an option for no stars option for businesses such as this one. I wish I wrote this review years ago, but that clearly shows my patience and optimism, but they are a pill mill.

I served in ******** and I know I need help; but I have had ENOUGH!Her name is ******** (Stress Care ******* I think) she and I have been going at one another for a long time; but here is what has brought it to a head started on 7/3 As I mentioned to Abebula if there was some kind of recordings of these sessions you would see how she Mistreats me. My wife pulls in the driveway and closes the Car doorI get muted. I get back on the side door closes I get muted. I throw my hands up in disbelief as in WTF did I do wrong. Without saying a word my wife comes over to show Me the multiple spots that were removed from the Dermatologist. It was her HAND. A silent hand for me to Look atshe cuts off my video. So now I have no audio Nor video and with the absence of workers at your location ******** is doing back to back sessions and Im gone until At least 12:45. (Thats 3 hours if you keeping score)That brings us to todays session again at 9:30 and there she is ******** again. I actually cringe when I see Nurse Rathett (as she Is lovingly referred to) because I know Im going to be humiliated in front of the other ***************************************************************************************************** this house. I hit ********** button. I thought (although I should know better) there may have been A glitch in your system. Again she mutes me and by now Im getting wrinkled after A couple of more mutes she finally says ***********the reason That I muted you is that Im picking up some noise I say ******** it is completely quiet hereThen she says something like Im still picking up more noise.Im gonna have to mute everyone ***** say If you are going to mute everyone nobody can speak and I had some things I wanted to mention to ******. If nobody Can talk we may as well go out in the backyard and shoot some Hoops...............Anyway that was too much for her and she knocked off both my Audio and video around 10:00.
