Amazing service and knowledge. I've been going there for years having owned two landscaping companies. Over the years I've purchased several pieces of equipment. Never any issues with warranty work or other service. The business was sold to another owner in the past few years, since then the service has been even better. Even with this economy, they have very competitive prices along with a rewards program, cash back on next purchase. They are always transparent with pricing and service and great turn around. Great job ******! Keep up the great work. Love the business and new products you are getting in. They don't sell junk, don't bring them junk to fix! Stop buying ********** Junk and wanting it fixed for free. Best Stihl and Scag dealership around!

Borries gets zero for customer service and honesty. I called to order a part, I was asked to leave my name and number. After not hearing back from them, after several weeks, I called their part supplier myself, JD Power. When I received the part, I took my riding mower to have part installed there. The employee installing the part was texting me that he was having trouble installing the part. My wife called to to find out what was going on. She was told I ordered the wrong part and there was nothing they could do. They told my wife It ***** and took no accountability for their mistake. Before hacking up the part and trying to make it fit, why couldnt the employee offer to order the correct part or have me order the correct part. I went to pick up the riding mower the next day, no one came to speak to us. And when I asked where the battery was for my tractor, the employee became defensive by this question. I did explain to my wife, I called the riding mower manufacturer to make sure I got the correct part. After, my wife exchanged emails with them and she was told Borries goes above and beyond for their customers, the last thing either of us felt was anything close to that. My wife contacted the manufacturer and verified that they lied, the part is the correct part. My wife also contacted the supplier where the part was purchased from and verified the part purchased was correct. JD Power also supplied photos, my receipt and instructions for installation of the part. I printed out the information from JD Power and I supplied them with the case number from Cub Cadet. A week has gone by and I have not heard a word from Borries. I asked for reimbursement for the part. I had to take my riding mower an hour away and purchase a new part because they would not install the hacked part Borries returned to me. They dont go above and beyond for their customers. They go above and beyond to lie and cover up their employees mistakes or lack of job skills.
