This company is based in ***** with an office front in **********. There products are overpriced, cheap garbage, they take forever to get here and the order I received was incorrect. I am trying to return this fully packaged, unused mess and the customer service email (no phone number or live chat available) has not responded to my last three emails. Do NOT patronize this awful company, they need to close and stop robbing people.Review from Jason D

Terrible. Absolutely wretched. I've bought several of their BRXLZ stadiums. Some of them you just flat out can not build due to poor structure. They have given me extra pieces when I've requested them, but that seems to be their solution for everything. Then they send an email to review these stadiums. However, if your comments aren't to their liking, they remove it. They have a phone number but no one ever answers. They ask you to leave your name, number and email address, but no one ever gets back to you. I am done with this company. Too much headache to deal with their nonsense.Review from Stacey T

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered Christmas gifts December 6. January 6, still no items. Multiple calls and emails to customer service unanswered. One item arrived January 7. **************** FINALLY responded a week later telling me my other item was sold out...which it was NOT when I ordered...so they offered a refund. I still have not been given a full refund for my missing item, and they keep sending me emails to review the item I never received. NEVER buy from this company.Review from linda m

I ordered 2 things in November 23 for Christmas. It is January 6th and still hasn't been received. I have emailed 5 times and I have received no answer. I have just lost 60$. There is no number to call. They truly are terrible and I wont order anything else from them.Review from Bradley S

I ordered as size small ******** fleece set for my daughter and they sent me a childs small. I have attempted to contact them four (4) times now via email and by phone. No response: Not to mention when you do happen to fi d their phone number nobody answers because it doesnt even ring. A short voicemail comes on: I wish I would have looked at all the reviews they are a company that should not be in business. TERRIBLE THAT THEY ARE NOT SHUT DOWN YET!Review from Michael F.

Terrible service. Ordered a shirt end of November and still havent received it. Terrible company. They only provide an email address and then on one responds. Seems to be a scam of a company. Cant say enough how bad of service this is.Review from Nolan D

I ordered a set of gloves back on 11/28. On 11/30, I was sent an email stating the order shipped. On 12/6, I emailed them as the tracking # they gave wasn't showing in transit. On 12/10, I receive an email stating "Due to an error in inventory, we have had to cancel and refund your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund". It took them almost two weeks to figure out there was "an error in inventory"?!? Then why was I sent an email stating the order had shipped?!? Will never buy from here, again.Review from ashley B

No customer support. Ordered an item as a gift. Noticed IMMEDIATELY that I had it shipped to the wrong address. There was no way to contact the company except to fill out a contact form regarding the order. I did this requesting the shipping address be changed. No-one ever reached out to me and the item shipped out a week later- the the incorrect address. Horrible service. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.
