On 9/1 of last year we purchased a new home. Prior to moving in we needed to have a heating flue replaced and some work done of the fireplace. Walsh Chimney was recommended by one of the inspectors that we used. They came out on 9/13 & 9/14 to do the work. Around the same time we had our hot water heater replaced by a plumber (who filed all of his permits). The first payment was made on the day the work was completed. After a couple of invoices we paid off the full balance (10/12) A couple of month later i was contacted about the permit for the hot water heater and it came up that there was no permit filed for the heating flue work. They will not close out the hot water heater permit without this. This was listed on the receipt and supposed to wrapped into the overall job. Had he been upfront that no permits would be filed we simply would have found/used someone else. I have contacted Erik L. the owner of Walsh Chimney) multiple times and every time he assures me it was filed and they will work on it. The last time i spoke with him which was probably a couple of months ago, he said it was on the municipality not having sent him an invoice. I haven't been able to make contact with him since. When I would call the office number no one answers and it routes to the voicemail of the mobile number. If you call the mobile number no one answers and it going to the voicemail of the mobile number. This voicemail box is full. It asks if you would like to send a text notification, but no one ever responds. Texts are not responded to. Emails are not responded to. The last few times I've tried either the office or mobile numbers it doesn't even ring, it just goes directly to voicemail which is full. I've tried calling from different phone numbers as well to see if he had mine blocked, but it made no difference.
