My wife ordered this furniture set. Received dresser for nursery and it was damaged. Filed a claim with company and they started they wouldnt be replacing the entire piece but only the table top. I told them I wasnt interested in replacing the part because I am not a *********. They insisted and sent the part any way. Now the replacement part they sent is damaged also. Wouldnt recommend this company to any one.Review from Nicole H

Received a ****** as a gift. The wheels were missing from the ******. The ****** was an older version out of warranty. Contacted them explained the situation a received the wheels in the mail. Thank you very much. Great customer serviceReview from Victoria D

We got the **** 5 in 1 crib for over $350 and it Dosent come with any of the parts to convert it . After waiting 2 days for a price for a small toddler rail is was ***** not including shipping. And that means that when we need to covert it again we need to pay more this crib is not a $600 dollar crib and they charge you well over $600 if you want all the parts. When we go it it had scratches all over and cracks its not even worth the $350-$375 that is is originally priced at.Review from Sheyenne H

I purchased this crib and it arrived fairly damaged - several scruffs, scratches, and marks in the wood. I contacted Dream On Me and after some back and forth, they offered me a voucher for a partial refund. It took a lot of follow-up and several times for me to contact them, as well as reaching out to a manager, to get the voucher issued. The whole situation - from the time I first contacted them until I finally received the voucher - was nearly 7 weeks.While the crib seems nice, the product arriving damaged and dealing with poor customer service was very frustrating and would make me hesitant to purchase from this company again.Review from Rebecca S

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought a crib mattress from the dream on me company through Amazon. The mattress did NOT inflate properly, the one end inflated less then the other and that same end has giant divots on either side. I contacted the company directly over a month ago, just wanting a replacement or my money back so I can get my baby something safe to sleep on. Their correspondence as been subpar at best. I have sent multiple emails with pictures and now they are just ignoring me. Do not buy from these crooks.Review from Trica S

A crib that I purchase less than a year ago has chipping paint. I have reached out to the company several times. Each time they want more information and will reach back out to me in 24/48 hrs. They never do and when I contact them again, its something else. It's been two weeks and still no solution.Review from Jonathan M

8 months moving the crib from her bedroom to our and it has been work very well. Love the size, not too big and not too small, perfect! We needed to replace one of the wheels. **************** did a great job in getting us the wheel as it has warranty.Review from Hali B

This is the worst company I have ever reached out to. They asked me for the same information multiple times and after I gave it to them they proceeded to not reply to me for multiple days. I then decided to send them the same email again in which they replied to the next day. Sending me a video of how to assemble the broken pack and play I purchased from them. Instead of trying to give me any type of replacement they instead acted like I didnt put it together right.Review from Emily F.

This is the worst company imaginable. I received a crib as a gift and when I opened the box, two pieces were damaged. After doing some research, I emailed the company to be sent replacement parts. They didnt even send the right replacement parts. I wrote in my email multiple times that I needed a headboard and they sent a footboard. I cant even put the crib together because the holes dont line up. I emailed the company again and theyre requesting that I put the crib together and take pictures to send to them. How am I supposed to put it together when the holes dont line up? Then they tried to say that they think its a consumer error. I know how to put a crib together but I guess the people working for this company dont know the difference between a footboard and a headboard. I will never shop this company again. Spend a little more money and get something safer and less of a hassle for your kids. This company isnt worth it.
