      This company keeps sending pop up ADS to my email! I have complained to my email proveider (***) MIGHT be able to block ... for a monthly, extra fee! Verizon customer service tried to help but to no avail. I found a box to "opt out" (not clear out of what?) deep inside the ad's website. And still the ads repeatedly reappear! I will NEVER consider changing my cellphone carrier to verizon.

      I had my phone break. Went to replace it and I was offered a ****** dollar trade in on my old phone for a new S24. Actually turns out that I got stuck with a 3 year contract. Not only was I lied to, they are charging .e for the new phone anyway. 3 days of complaints and still no resolution to the flat out lies and deciet. The worst scam I have ever been taken by.

      Been with Verizon over 20 year, was lied to by a representative and mislead me into a huge increase in my bill, after a month of calls they finally say they will correct it but offer no refund on my over charges, I called and asked for an extension of 4 days to pay my bill which was $200 more then it should of been and was told NO as they need there money and dont care if I am having financial difficulties and health issues. ******** customer service in the financial **********************.

      I have been with verizion 15 years , 15 YEARS TOO FRICKING TOO LONG ! , I first signed up with them because *********** moved out of ******** , From Day 1 they bent me over the rain barrel and gave it to me , And till this day they are still bending me over the rain barrel , When i first signed my 2 yr contract on 1 personal line and what was going to be 2 business lines , they told me that i had to wait 30 days for a business account , 30 days later i called them back to set up a business account , They said sorry you need 10 business lines to have a business account , So i lost my business listings for 2 years , And on top of it one of my new phones had a blemish on the screen size of a nickel on the screen out of the box . So they sent in in to be warranty . I got a new phone in the mail the next day , It wasnt new , In fact it was used and still had the past owners pics and text messages and everything else still on it , My 12 year old son helped me get the phone set up . He found pictues of some old fat mans p**** on the phone and all the drug dealing messages on the phone , So i turned it in to the local police . So verizion sent me another used phone that was all worn . . After my 2 year contract was over i was eligible for a free upgrade on 3 different phones . So i went in to get better phones with my free upgrade . They said SORRY we dont do free upgrades anymore . So Basically they bent me over the rain barrel AGAIN ! I should of run from this company from h*** when i had a chance . Then things were ok for a while (NOT) . My texty sent me a new phone . 6 months later it happened again , no texting . 4 days they sent a new phone . after being on the phone for 2 days with level 2 tech support . 1 month later , No texting again . So 2 days again with level 2 tech support and 3 supervisors , They wanted me to pay for a new phone . I said no . I called back the next day . asked for level 2 tech support again . Some woman fixed the problem on their end .

      I have had to call every other month to get my bill fixed. They are changing things with out my consent changing the bill amount increasing it by almost 30 monthly. They refuse to fix the issue and refuse to refund my money. They say since the bill is issued They can not change the price even tho it's their mistake. Will have to call again tomorrow and consider ending my phone plan

      I had this company spying for two years on my data. I spend 11 days cant access my own iPhone was purchased $$$$. from this company. Im a USA citizen and I will file against these companies soon. Breached our private information. And disrespected our rights as consumers. Its disgusting. Abused our system. Unacceptable.

      I am extremely disappointed with Verizon Wireless. I recently upgraded my phone based on a promotion they were offering, which promised I'd only have to pay half of the remaining balance due on the phone. However, after finalizing the upgrade, Verizon failed to honor the promotion, and I ended up being charged much more than the agreed price.Despite multiple calls to customer service, I got no real help. Each representative gave me a different story, and no one seemed to know what was going on with the promotion. To make things worse, they refused to adjust my bill to reflect the discount I was promised.This kind of treatment is unacceptable. As a loyal customer of 17 years, I expected better. ********************** needs to be more transparent with their promotions and take responsibility when they make mistakes. I will definitely be considering switching carriers if this is not resolved. I strongly advise anyone thinking of upgrading or signing up with Verizon to be careful their promotions may not be what they seem.

      Talk about incompetent people. What a shady company Verizon Wireless has become.. Hiring people out of the country to save money on their end and be one of the most expensive cell companies to go with. They are s******* their customers. God forbid you need to talk to ***************** Good .............Luck. We had a door to door sales guy come to the house. Explained if we moved from Xfinity to Verizon and did a family plan that it would save us a bunch of money. Also if we moved our internet to Verizon as well. If we moved then they would also give us free upgraded phone. BIG BIG MISTAKE ON OUR END TO EVEN CONSIDER THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA. Sounded good, but a bad move. Got our free phones, just pay tax, lol. Sent the wrong phone, so we sent the phone back for them to send us the correct phone. Still haven't been credited for the sales tax on the new phone. Over 90 hours on the Phone. Not kidding and not exaggerating. Probably more hours. Over 25 different incompetent ****** that clearly cant read notes. Internet was not as fast as they said it would be. Family plan should have only cost $120.00 per month, instead we got a $1400.00 bill and the phones haven't even been activated to use. What a shady ............. company Verizon has become, s******* their customers with people that cant speak English and this is what we have to deal with. Managed to get one phone activated, only for them to stop service, because the $1400.00 hadn't been paid. What a joke. And still cant get help. Been dealing with this over a month and still no progress or help to get this resolved. They say they will call back, but they don't. No one wants to deal with this mess. Oh almost forgot. Some clever dumb dumb thought, creating a second account would resolve the mess, so now we have 2 accounts getting charged for no service. Terrible **************** they are. Once upon a time, they were the best and had great ********** greed kicked in.

      This company is getting worse every year! We are still paying for device that broke within a week of getting it and they refused to take it back exchange it or anything! That was a year ago! I dont like paying for something that isnt of use to my family and yet here we are

      After speaking to a Verizon representative and going over the three plans that they offer I decided to go with the first plan which was a $400 credit for a ******* product and a $200 Verizon gift card after 65 days the start of the contract. After three weeks of service, I never received a ******* credit. I called **************** three times was transferred to, the gift card department spoke with them three times and they kept telling me to please wait. It should show up on my account. Still waiting it was a bait and switch that Verizon did in order for me to sign up with their service. they owe me a credit of $400 .
