We hired the Vaccaro Brothers to completely renovate our very large master bathroom. We had a number of plumbing issues behind walls and under floors so everything had to be removed, including all the walls, ceiling, tiles and plywood floor. It was a really big job that required a lot of problem solving, as well as design expertise. My wife and I were very diligent in our process of selecting a contractor. We knew people who used the Vaccaro Bros. for their kitchens and bathrooms and they all said the same thing....that these guys will treat you like family. Well, thank God we used Vaccaro. The workmanship and beauty of our bathroom exceeded our expectations. The cabinetry is beautiful and functional with tons of storage space and rollout draws. The granite counter tops are beautiful. They built us a large walk-in shower (we didn't want a door) and the multi-level niche area holds as many personal care products as anyone would want. The shower controls were smartly installed at the entrance to the shower so one just move a lever without getting wet and when ready walk into the stream of water at the desired temperature. There are electric heating coils under the tiles that are controled by a programmable thermostat. So we never walk out of a hot shower onto a cold tile. And even more incredible, we have a special heating unit installed under one of the sink vaniities that is tied into our home's hot water baseboard heating. So when the upstairs thermostat calls for heat, the unit under the vanity will kick on and blow warm air into the bathroom. Our bathroom is heated without the standard baseboard radiators, giving us that much more room for cabinets.. My wife and I are so incredibly happy with the wonderful, beautiful and luxurious bathroom that the Vaccaro Bros. built for us. And let me just add, that in terms of cost, they were not only fair, but seeing and living with the finished product, we believe we got the bargain of a lifetime!
