      The worst customers service in the sales department and also the service department.Was trying to change my mind about Honda vehicles but having the worst experience with these people, make turn back to my previous brand.NO MORE HONDA IN MY LIFE

      This dealership and all its crooked employees needs to be investigated. They are NOT honest at all, they ripping customers off (including myself. My APR so high, and car is a used 2021 pilot, with ******+ miles, and at the end made me pay what equals to $66000+ with interest included). I REALLY WANT BBB TO TAKE THESE MATTERS SERIOUSLY BEFORE ANYONE GETS REALLY HURT, what theyre doing to people is way too much, which one day I believe will throw someone to the edge where he/she will retaliate.

      I purchased a vehicle in February 2023. My vehicle started having issues within a day or two of me having the vehicle. I reported the issue soon as I heard the noise from the engine and went in for service when they told me that I would have to come out of pocket to pay for these issues. Even though I had a warranty, I try reporting it to lemon law, but being that I did not sign the contract and my signature was forge on all documents, except 2 documents which was only for a care plan. When I was at the dealership I was given a different price that was on the contract ask for documents such as the contract , I was told that it would be sent to me 2 weeks before billing (being that this was my first time purchasing a vehicle). I didnt know as time when time went past, and I didnt receive it in the mail. I went back and asked them for the contract. Finally I was told that some cars can be a lemon and (I forgot to mention that this is a certified vehicle ). I was seeking help to a lemon law lawyer, but then I was told that I have to seek for a criminal lawyer, because this is no longer considered just limit it is considered a fraud case . After receiving some of the copies of my contract, I later learned that it was forged signatures,. , finally I told him that I had hire a attorney and was seeking my contract when I was given my contract it was forge signature. When I seen the financial manager he told me sometimes they have the signed documents if you are not present. And he stated because my vehicle is not working properly that one out of **** cars can have issues. Now Im in the process of hiring a lawyer

      We had a terrible experience with the management of Route 22 Honda. We recently purchased a Honda CR-V from the dealership and traded in our old Honda Odyssey for which we were given a credit of $2,500. Our sales experience was fine, but the management played games with us for nearly 3 weeks in withholding the *** plates and registration with false excuses. Turned out they were having difficulty with registering the $2,500 Odyssey, through no fault of our own and were holding off releasing the plates and registration for which we paid, which would have left us unable to drive the new car we had purchased. Only through my warning that I, as a criminal defense attorney, would report them to the authorities and *** them for breach of contract, did they finally relent and deliver the plates and registration, just 2 days before the temporary plates were to expire. Sorry that I cannot possibly give that dealership anything other than this negative review.

      I left a $1500 deposit on March 24, 2022. The General Manager ************************* has not refunded my deposit as of April 13, 2022. He has not responded to my email for a refund. I dont have a car and didnt want to do business with them.

      Purchased automobile from them over two years ago, was several defects including transmission and air heating coil. Took it back to them and they would not honor the warranty. This was during the peak of the coronavirus. They had the vehicle close to two years and have not made an attempt to make any repairs whatsoever. Several calls to them was made, and yet no response. How can such an issue be addressed? Very unprofessional.
