Classic bait and switch, with some lying thrown in. I spent 2 days over the phone and via email getting the basics of a deal worked out. I go in with my pregnant wife and daughter, bring both our cars to trade in, and all of sudden the cars and deals we discussed are gone. They claimed I didnt have conversations which I had email proof of. They claimed the pricing discussed was ludicrous. I showed them a photo of the sales contract a family member was signing at a dealership down the road and they claimed it was a lie.

We bought a used **************** January 27, 2021 for our son that ********* "bought off auction". It is now May 19, 2021 and we do not have a valid registration, no license plates, and no title. The car is now sitting in our driveway and we can't drive it but have to pay insurance for it. We were lied to by both management and our salesman as to the sequence of events that led to the owners (*******) having to get a duplicate title and when that happened. I myself had to call the bank that had the title in order to get the truth about what was going on, because ********* gave many different versions of events. Since confronted with the what the bank told me, not one person from the ** to management to the salesman has contacted us to offer an apology or solution to their mistake because they know they were deceitful. We are sitting here with a car that we believe ********* never had the title to and therefore really should have never sold us the car in the first place. My family have been very loyal customers to ********* in Lakewood. We have bought 2 corvettes, 2 conversion vans, 2 High Country Traverses and this Challenger, and this is how ********* of Lakewood treats their loyal customers.I am using ********* Chevy's department to write this review because that is the where we went to buy this Challenger.
