I purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima from here and the car look like it was in a accident, the front grill was cracked and it was crazy glued back at the time of purchase and the salesman Jude lied about it and Nissan refused to fix it , the car was shutting off from day one, I was needing jumps, the check engine light was on reading malfunction warning from day on, I took it back they kept refusing to fix today again on January 22,2024 I took back for a recall and they still refused to fix it, I want to report this car as a lemon I want my money back and they can have this 2019 Nissan Altima lemon car ??

Absolutely the worse dealership. Leased a 2023 Pathfinder was told I would get a complementary oil change at any Nissan dealership. Booked an appointment at another dealership and had to pay. They failed to tell us a complementary oil change to OUR dealership ONLY! I contacted corporate they are useless and don’t care about the consumers at all. Glenn the manager and John The finance guy are nothing but liars and scammers. Look at all your paper work as they provide incorrect information in order to get you approve for a loan. STAY AWAY!!

I lost my brother back in June, returned his truck on July 20th that was leased through Edison Nissan. A call was placed to Nissan corporate to send a copy of all necessary documentation and we were told that everything would be good from an employee at this location. In the back of the truck were car parts we were unable to bring back with us since we were from out of state and already had a lot of stuff to bring back that belonged to my brother. We told the guys that they can do with it what they will because we needed to get home and had nobody to take it or store it elsewhere. These parts included a brand new exhaust and a 2 inch lift kit. Someone here messed up big time because not only have there been multiple phone calls received about the truck, but today a repo man showed up to my mother's home over 1,000 miles away and they threatened to take HER vehicle because edison Nissan failed to do their job correctly. The truck has been in their possession since July 20th, 2023. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this **** show of a location to anyone.

I was interested in a car they were selling. The price was 25,000. I asked on the phone if there were any additional fees. The said just a doc fee of 799. So I decide to go to the dealer. When I get there and they run my credit. The gentleman comes over. And presents me with all these fees. 1,895 plus 1000 plus 799 fee. Jut the 1895 and the 1000 fee brings the car price up 3000 dollars. This is price gouging. And is unfair business practice. And should not be allowed. Edison Nissan. Is not a place people should buy a car from

The President, Frank ******** and the VP Frank ******* never contacted me after several calls and the sign on the wall clearly states if not satisfied please contact them, However, The district Manager Joe ***** did contact me to offer me a check in the amount of $1000 of which I refused because I sent an email stating I wanted to rescind to contract due to inducement, non-disclosure of financial terms and bad faith. Mr. Joe ***** was very condescending and condoned the actions of his Manager and Sales Associate. stating and I quote " you signed the documents". I did acknowledge that I didn't do my due diligence, however they were still not honest in disclosing information I was lead to believe I had to have my car that I was purchasing pre-certified causing the purchase price to be $3000 dollars more along with the exorbitant amount of doc fee totaling $799.00. I should have gone back to where I leased the car from - Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield, NJ. They were very honest and forthright with me, I just didn't want to drive so far to service my car in the future, but I should have know better because I really wasn't happy with the service dept. the few times I went to have my oil changed.
