            I bought and replaced 2 tires from Dayton Toyota back on 10/22/2019 (car mileage ******) and the other 2 tires on 11/11/2019 (Mileage ******) with a ****** mile warranty. In less than a year the whole 4 tires were torn apart and needs to be replaced. I went to Dayton Toyota service department on 07/02/2020 and spoke with the service representative and told him about the situation he said he will check what he can do and get back to me which is never happened and every time I call them to follow I cant get an answer. I went there again and spoke to the service manager (***) on 10/14/2021 and he told me that those tires should last longer than that specially we only had less than ****** mile on them at that day. I was told again that they will call me to schedule an appointment to replace the 4 tires once they get approved and till now they never called me. All of my visits and service history are done by Dayton Toyota and they should have records of everything

            The Dayton Toyota - service ****** I called them to schedule my car maintenance and the person on the phone mentioned its $37 and some cents .. I book the appointment. I go to get the car servicing.. they **** me for $95 and some cents mentioning I m due for oil change ( which was not true since I was not due till aug 2022 and had another 5K miles before next oil change ) and that $37 was only tire rotation - while on the phone the person from Dayton Toyota mentioned $37 and some cents for oil change . These people wasted 80 min of my time plus the gas cost and my effort - worst service ever !! Never going back
