I looked up a certified pre owned car on the internet and found one listed at Burns Hyundai. I showed up without an appointment and was greeted courteously immediately by a salesman who was very polite and happy to help. After that the used car manager took over and we couldn't come to terms on a fair deal as his job was to try to make feel like I didn't have a clue as to the value of my vehicle. The vehicle I came to see was presented to me in absolutely filthy condition and the manager was only interested in trying to tell me i was wrong in my evaluation of my car when i had documentation proven otherwise. With that said I positively would not recommend trying to buy a used ca at this dealership and I sure hope the owners of Burns Dealership gets to read this and hopefully rectify this issue for future customers. 2/29/24

AVIOD THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! TAKE YOUR BUISNESS AND HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. They are Crooks and will lie to your face to steal your money and do whatever they can to get you into a car. The entire experience with this dealership was filled with lies and double-crosses and when confronted and called out on their wrong doings they totally passed the blame around and said, "This is how we have always done business." First, I had my 2019 GMC Yukon XL towed there after it shut down on me out of the blue. After a $300 diagnostic test I was told the transmission was blown. This vehicle was purchased brand new and was maintained and serviced regularly and should not have transmission issues let alone complete failure with only ***** miles. *** told it would cost $7800 for new transmission. New transmission for my truck runs around $4000. Told them to put it back together. Went to pick it up and the technician put half the bolts in the pan and no fluid. Spoke to a salesperson about purchasing my truck. *** $22000 if i was going to purchase another vehicle. I went to purchase another vehicle and the buyer's orders were wrong twice. Salesperson threw extra items on the order I didn't ask for. I made it clear and asked multiple times to make the transactions of selling my truck and purchasing the new vehicle separate to satisfy my financial institution and to keep my equity and was told "Sure no problem. We will send your credit union a check for the total amount for your truck and they can give you your equity." Instead, they wrote inaccurate buyers orders and when confronted about this they changed it and stole my equity by adding extras in the order and changing the price of the vehicle around without my consent robbing me of over $6000. Now they have my truck that they are going to put a new $4000 transmission in and resell it for $30-$40000 after they did not honor their offer and rob me of my hard-earned money.
