      I'm very sorry for the people who had bad experiences but mine was flawless. Andr was prompt, courteous, efficient and repaired the issue within minutes. ****** in the office is lovely to speak with. I had no issue whatsoever from scheduling to completion. I guess it's impossible to please everyone.

      Our Amana dryer that we bought in **** suddenly stopped working. we were referred to Dan Marc Appliance by *****. *******, **********, arrived and quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. There was no power going to the outlet. The machine was fine. I contacted *************** who found that the module that controlled our generator had a power surge. He replaced the module and the dryer is fine, I was very appreciative of Jims correct diagnosis and didnt have to buy a new dryer. Thank you, ***!!

      Great job as always by ***** (who had a partner this time whose name I didnt catch). Unfortunately this new Jenn Air microwave has had several issues in the three months time in the new house, but DanMarc has been super responsive with correcting the manufacturing flaws and the machine is performing perfectly!

      I purchased a Maytag dishwasher and it should have been yellow as it was a lemon. We extended the warranty with renewal as many times as they would allow and there was also a 10 year warranty on certain parts. I had replaced items on the dishwasher myself and needed assistance with finding parts for a top rack. After calling ****** / Whirlpool various times and either having to wait for 60 minutes plus sometimes I could not wait any, they would disconnect while transferring to another department, or they were unable to provide a parts number, they suggested that I have a technician come out and they could yell me if the parts were covered under warranty or not. After which, I could decide if I wanted them to fix it. I really just wanted the parts number and i would try to install it myself. Anyway, the next step was to have someone come and look at it. ****** said that there contract and *** contract was through *** ****. Trying to schedule with Dan Marc was a disaster. If I remember correctly, there appointments were 3 weeks out. I worked at a school and need appointments after 2:30/3 p.m. Each time, for three tried, we schedule for appointments after 3 p.m. - they called the night before and said that they would be there in the morning. (I tired typing in all the details but keep running out of space. - So in summary, Dan Marc delayed coming out until after the last warranty expired. They said that they were not available during the afternoon hours and then I saw one of their vehicles in a neighboring town around 2/3 p.m. The day they could finally come out as I took more time unpaid from work, I had a family emergency and a friend covered the visit. They replaced an item, that I later told was not covered, ordered other parts that were not covered. Now they keep sending me bills and I each time I call and end up speaking to a different person, they tell me that they do not see that it was civered under warranty. I would like the BBB to investigate this complaint.

      The tech was very rude & was ******* . He told me about the charge for the service even before he look at the unit to see the solution , I asked him why so much & if Whirlpool will cover some parts since the company he belongs to are Whirl pool designated service ************ unit was under 10 years warranty , he was very rude & did not wanted to be bother with any question . It took him just 8 minutes to replace the valve unit back of the washer & had to pay $389 plus tax . He showed me the unit that he took out - nothing seems wrong , but he says it is broken . He even asked for the bottle water before he leaves . I normally tip a technician for appreciation , I almost felt like charging for a bottle of water !When a company charge for a simple valve change & charge almost 1/2 of the new washer , this is a rip off !! We consumers are vulnerable these days , this is at least what o can do to voice the justice . I hope to get a call from the company so that I can get reimbursed for the part .

      Disgraceful service.Charged $145 for an inspection on our broken washing machine, stayed 10 minutes, incorrectly diagnosed the issue (eventually correctly identified by a different company), then refused to refund the wasted call out charge.Oh, the guy was also rude to me in person - as was the call center to my wife when she phoned to try and get a refund.Disgraceful company.

      Would never ever recommend this company!! Stay away far away! The entire staff from top to bottom is incompetent. The manager **** us very rude and the technician doesnt know what hes doing. I waited over a month to get my washing machine fixed. They have no consideration or not accommodating

      Came to "diagnose" my broken dishwasher. The diagnostic code wasn't correct. I ended up taking the machine apart, unplugging the control panel, re-plugging it, and now it's working! Paying $144 for a bad diagnostic AND then getting an estimate that would cost more than a new dishwasher for a non-problem. When the machine was under warranty and we didn't have to pay for wrong diagnostics or wrong repairs it was a hassle, but not this level of thievery. This is just beyond annoying! Find someone else.
