      Well, for starters the message says the company cares and it does not!! I left several messages with no return call with regard to my thermostat rising while the air conditioning system is running.one of my phone calls I reached a woman, who I believe is the office manager and she proceeded to tell my loudly and in a demeaning manner how air conditioning works. I tried desperately to keep calm and explain something to her, but she repeatedly gave the standard answer that this is normal in high heat weather and not to call back until it is 5 degrees above what I set it for. A friend was an HVAC worker for years, he said this is not normal and gave me some suggestions of what to check. A friend did this not them! When my house reached 82 degrees I was melting and weeping, it was so hot I became nauseous and called them again leaving a very weeping and upsetting message. IMMEDIATELY someone called me back by the name of **** and ****** yelled at me.....me I am the one with the wallet! that they do call me back which they don't as I can produce my phone records easily. He then decided to text me and told me he had someone in the area that could come at this time I believe he realized he should not have said what he said. I declined as I was upset and felt I wouldn't get a good evaluation of the system. I thank him but declined. In the adult community I live in there were multiple negative complaints with regard to this company. Others were having similar issues and called their company none of them received the answer that the Care Temp customers received, and their issues were found and corrected.This will be in vain as they defend their actions always, as this is not the first time, I felt they could have taken just one small step to make the customer feel a little better, especially when I clearly stated the heat was making me ill. A sympathy comment would have gone a long way.

      ***************, WE EXPLAINED TO YOU HOW AIR CONDITIONING WORKS WHEN IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF THE *** ON THE HOTTEST *** OF THE **** DURING A HEAT WAVE AND WE ASKED YOU THE APPROPRIATE QUESTIONS, AS WE DO WITH EACH PHONE CALL. IN THE END, YOU STATED IT WAS SET TO 70, READING 74 WITH COOL AIR BLOWING SO WE TOLD YOU TO CALL US IF THE TEMP WENT UP WHICH YOU DID AROUND 5PM AND RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK WITHIN MINUTES. ONCE YOU HAD TOLD THE **** THE TEMP HAD GONE UP, HE TOLD YOU HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO CHECK YOUR AC BEING THERE WAS SOMEONE ALREADY IN YOUR COMMUNITY, BUT YOU SCREAMED, THREATENED AND REFUSED SERVICE SO WE APOLOGIZE THAT THERE WAS NOTHING MORE THAT WE COULD DO TO HELP YOU BEING YOU DECLINED SERVICE.

      This company needs to change its name, because it does not care! The ********** location installed a NEW FURNACE for ** in November 2023. The guy that did the work did a sloppy job, and it had to be redone by somebody else. My husband knows plumbing and electricity. Since then we have lost heat twice because of some switch on the furnace. They fixed it once, and now we have no heat again. The guy came over and checked the furnace out for two hours, only to tell us, it was the switch again. They said they had to order the part, which was five days ago. My husband has recently left several messages as to the update on this part, and no one has gotten back to us. They do not get back to you right away like their advertising says. My husband actually went down to the office, there were open signs on the windows, and nobody in the office. When we complained about not having heat, and suppose the temperature went below freezing, we were told that the distributor said we should get an electric heater, or, if it was in the summer, get a window air conditioner. I think they need to get a new distributor! We finally got in touch with the Monmouth location, and they have sent someone to our house to reassess the problem again. This is where we are at now. I just feel that a brand new furnace should not break down twice within 5 to 6 months, and customer service at the Ocean County needs a lot to be desired . I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      The entire staff at ********* Heating and Air would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We agree that the standards are not as they should be with Weil Mclain since they are the manufacture of the new Boiler that you had installed. We, like all HVAC companies, are at the mercy of the manufactures when it comes to warranty. Unfortunately, when dealing with warranty issues, there are steps that need to be taken as per the manufactures before they will file a claim and we can resolve the issue. We finally were able to get the problem resolved with the manufacture and resolve the problem.

      ********* installed a new Combi Boiler and Hot Water heater on 12/5. It is now 12/24 and I have no heat in my home. No one is answering the phones on their 24-hour service line. To say I am unhappy with the company is an understatement. One does expect a new boiler to last longer than 2 weeks.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Their incompetence caused a fire in my 85 yr old dads house resulting in him losing EVERY THING! The house had to be gutted. He was out of his home for 5 long months. They dont deserve one star??

      My dad hired your company to install a new ac heating system. Your contractors were in the attic on the morning of the fire beginning the installation. 10:30pm that evening he smelled smoke. The fire started in the attic. I dont think it was just a coincidence that a random fire would start in the attic that happened to be on the same day as the installation. The fire report reads that the origin of the fire is the area underneath the air handler in the attic. The cause is combustibles too close to a heat source which may have been the brazing work conducted during the installation of the air handler. Was this fire purposely caused? No, however the incompetence of the contractor is what caused the fire to happen. I wonder how you would feel if your 85 year old dad lost his whole world and was forced out of his home for 5 months then forced to shop for everything again. I guess your lawyer advised not to reach out to him as that would admit guilt. ??

      I bought an air conditioning system on August 10,2021 for $6,450. The air conditioner has not been keeping the house cool longer than 3 days. When I called to have a technician come and was told that I would be put on the schedule. After a week went by I called and was told the same thing. I have lung cancer and the weather outside was 93 degrees. I requested a technician come out before my radiation therapy treatment and was told that Im not working with them.A technician finally came out and said that there was no Freon in the outside unit and a part in the attic was leaking.. I am still waiting for the replacement part to be installed after 2 weeks.Many of my neighbors have told me that they too have problems with this company. Rumor has it that Care Temp states that they are selling you a brand new unit but actually gives you a rebuilt unit which I believe as the first unit that they installed did not work and they had to get another unit.This company does not live up to their warranty agreement or advertising which states that they have same day service and 24 hour emergency service 7 days a week.

      Rumors are ****% WRONG and people should spread them when they have no proof of the rumor. ********* does NOT sell anything but BRAND new units straight from the manufacture. All customers have the model and serial numbers of their unit(s) and can call the manufacture to see that their units are in fact 100% BRAND NEW. When dealing with Warranty parts, they have to be ordered from the manufacture and with what is going on in this world and shipping, it takes longer than normal to get and we have no control over it.

      If I could I would rate this company NO stars Our Ac u it stopped running on Friday when the temps were in the 90s We called care Temp and A tech from Care Tempcame out on Saturday and told me I needed a whole new system.The price would be *****. I told him I would have to think about it. They charged over $300 for the service call I live in a ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* my monthly maintenance fee So no charge to **** feel that this company was preying on an older person to just take their word that the system needed replacing.My advice is always seek a second opinion.Would not recommend this company to anyone ***************************
