    "I was referred to this company for sprinkler service/repair, several years ago by a close neighbor, I have used them several times, and I even referred them to another neighbor who also used them more than once. I had a scheduled appointment, confirmed with Jennifer, they never showed up or called, I waited all day, when I called later that late afternoon and spoke with Jennifer again, she said, exactly as a previous review on Yelp stated, "shoot, I forgot to call you to tell you that we couldn't make it" she offered no apologies, she offered to reschedule for 2 weeks out, but even said that she wasn't sure that they could make it then, I told her no thanks if this is how you treat a customer." ...
