I am so sorry there was some confusion on your service plan agreement. For that I am sorry and will be glad to forgive the past due unpaid balance. If one of our arborists (1) did not explain AND (2) show you ON the proposal AND (3) the invoice that we ONLY do this type of treatment with 2 applications that is our error You appear to have called us from Google to solve a pest issue and we as Professional Arborists did that w/ a proper diagnosis and prescribed treatment plan that needs to be followed for success. I am sorry you did not like the diagnosis or the treatment plan (2 applications) or the cost but I understand your concern and will remove your balance due from the Collections Agency. We do appreciate the feedback we have received here and will use this information to continue to improve our service and communication to future customers.
