These guys are terrible. Placed a ****** plug in my tire that didn’t work then charged me $30. I tipped. And they just blew me off now I’m riding back to Denver on a bum tire. Not to mention one of their guys scratched my truck while working on the car next to it…

Tommy's Tires is great! They do quick service, which is a feat considering how busy they are! And they are always able to get things done for us at a reasonable price. I won't be going anywhere else for a loooong while.

I will never go there again. I wanted to go somewhere locally owned to have my tire fixed which turned into a nightmare. I had a flat tire and also needed all of my tires replaced so I figured I might as well replace all of my tires. First I dropped my car off in the morning when they opened, expecting to get my car after work which they said was not a problem. When I went to pick the car up after being there all day I was told they could not get the tire on which was the flat one in the first place. They needed the car and had to order parts to get the tire on. They had my car for a few days and finally the car was done. I spent around $2000 and thought the car was fixed. After driving it I discovered it was veering to the right, and I heard a loud noise as well so I knew the car was not fixed. Something else was going on. I called multiple times and left messages with no return call. Once I finally reached someone l I was told to bring it in and they will have the mechanic look at it. Again I said I needed the car at noon when I get off of work. I went to get the car and no one even looked it. He said the mechanic did not come by. I took the car and no one offered to reschedule or even look at it again so I took my vehicle to the dealership to have it fixed. The dealership took a drive with me and noticed the noise right away and the alignment was totally off. I now have to leave my car at the dealership to get the repairs done. Needless to say I will never go there again. The horrible level of professionalism and lack of concern for their customers is not acceptable. They greet you with, hey ya what's up. Bottom line they got their money so they are done with you. Not sure why I had to put one star in to be able to post this but I wanted to be seen and heard so on one else get treated so poorly. I would give them no stars whatsoever.....
