’ve had nothing but problems with this service since they bought out Priemer. They have been awful both from a business and residential perspective. No response when scheduling pick ups, regular missed trash pick up on schedules days when the trash has been to the curb the night before. Calling and getting them to correct their mistake is always a challenge and argument where they make you feel like it’s your fault. I’ve had damaged property multiple times at the business and when called and spoke to a manager he accused me of lying. Flat out on my vm.. so I sent pictures which were a waste of my time because no acknowledgement or apologies. For the price we pay for this service and the hassle it is to deal with them, just do your job!Review from Mark W

I have sent numerous emails and requests to have my trash receptacles placed back in my driveway. The driver gets out of the truck to get my can but carelessly shoves it back it is left in roadway and many times tipped over. I have video from it, including my last visit. 2 weeks ago my driver was caught urinating in front of our homes in the roadway. They tell me it was dealt with. I wish they would deal with putting my cans back in my driveway. They came at 5:30 pm on a Friday left it in the street. I leave town for the weekend and worry where my can will be when I get home. I think this is also a safety public roadway concern. Who is responsible here for a damaged or missing cart not put back. I have asked them via phone and emailing many times. They correct it for a month then it goes right back. I hate this service.
