A few months ago I contacted LasTime because I needed attic venting. Alan Came out the next day, and after thoroughly inspecting my attic gave me a very reasonable estimate. A ridge vent was installed very promptly and well. The difference it made to my converted attic bedroom was incredible. I would definitely use LasTime for any future roof related needs on my 112 yr old house, and am very comfortable recommending them to anyone.

Lastime exteriors is the way to go if you are looking for siding or roofs. they come out and take pictures from every angle to make sure you get everything that you want. The installers know what they are doing and make sure that you are satisfied with their work. When the job is finished, they come back for more pictures to make sure you are satisfied. Very easy to work with.

I met Lastime Exteriors at a home show. They put a metal Decra roof on my home 20 some years ago. They did an excellent job of installation. The new roof solved a leak problem that had plagued the house for years. When I put a new bathroom in, Lastime Exteriors responded immediately to the contractor request and re-built an area of the roof to allow for a vent pipe. Four years ago, I had a leak into an interior room in the house and it was discovered by Paul Davis Restoration that the roof needed a repair around the vent pipe. Lastime Exteriors responded immediately, fixed the problem and didn't even charge me for that repair. I believe it was weather related and not a fault of the original roof as that had been in place with no problem for over 15 years. Now I have a front porch roof issue with the roof deck separating from the roof itself. Lastime Exteriors responded to my call immediately and is providing me with an estimate for repair. I trust this company. I am very happy with my roof and appreciate all the service calls for subsequent issues that are just par for the course when you are a home owner.
