This company does not stand behind their installation. Our roof had several leaks after they installed new shingles. We had damage to the interior of our home in numerous places. They snuck a clause into their contract that stated that they were not responsible for any damage they caused to our home. Had to hire another roofing contractor to fix the problem that Husker Hammer could not figure out. Very disappointed in this roofing contractor. My 2 Star rating was generous!

Sir I am sorry you feel this way, as we did this roof in 2018 and now you are posting on the BBB? Anyhow as we discussed back then the issue is the skylight needed replaced which you did not pay us to do. The roof itself did not leak. We proved it was the skylight and then you wanted us to do that for free. We can't unfortunately just do that especially when it was an extremely large commercial grade skylight. Which I understand would have been expensive and why you didn't want to do it at that time. I am assuming this is what you had this other company do, which is what should have been done in the first place. I am happy the issue is finally resolved, and wish you only the best.

Just to set the record straight, we had tow skylights in our master bedroom, two skylights over our deck and one large skylight in our living room. You recommend removing one of the skylights over our deck and replacing the ofter one. We agreed to that recommendation and your company replaced that skylight, which by the way leaked and your folks had to come back out and fix. You NEVER RECOMMENDED replacing the large skylight in the living room.. Our ceilings in the living room and bedroom (no skylights) literally collapsed from wet after your installation and cost us thousands of dollars to replace. Your so called technicians were out here several times to resolve the problem and our roof continued to leak.
Another company installed drain channels around the large skylight and guaranteed we would have no problems.
We have not had a drop of water in our bedroom or living room since. I hate to think about having to replace our shingled roof that you installed in the near future.
PS: Your company had to come back out to our neighborhood in the recent past to re-install shingles that were less than a couple of years old. You might think about changing suppliers. Can't make this stuff up. Your company is sub-par at best.

I am not going to get in an argument from something that we discussed over 2.5 years ago, our records indicate differently about replacing that skylight. Odd you had to add some channels? Anyhow glad the issue is resolved. Wish you only the best.
