I ordered from this store online at 7:12pm. At 8:09pm, I called to cancel my order, as there had been no updates on delivery. The person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude, didn't even ask my name, number or even what we ordered, then put me on hold, when they came back they just said 'ok it's canceled.' I asked if they needed any of my information, and was told no they had it linked to my phone number, and the call ended. I then left to get dinner somewhere else. 15 minutes after that call-- at 8:25pm, they brought the order to my neighbors house who pointed out the delivery instructions on the reciept for where to leave our food-- the neighbor rang the bell to see if we were home and told my wife that there was food on the back door. And she messaged me to say the food was dropped off. Then the store charged me for the food. We never received a call saying that the order was dropped off or that the total was no longer being refunded as they previously stated-- which is unacceptable as they had already told me that they had my phone number as it was used to cancel AND REFUND my order. This appears malicious in intent, as 15 minutes should be enough notice to both not make the food, and or call back a delivery driver to not drop the order off. Best case scenario it shows that my order could have been made and delivered timely, but was not. We won't be back again.
