I ordered 10 boxes of dog dewormer. I never received it. I called Pets Supplies Delivered and they basically told me that once it leaves their hands, it is no longer their responsibility. I call USPS and they told me since the package is not insured, there is nothing they can do about it. Pet Supplies Delivered got their money, USPS got their money; I am the only one out $100! I requested assistance with locating the package or at least a refund of my money. Pet Supplies Delivered offered no help. They were unsympathetic and had a ‘I don’t care attitude’. It was as if this happens all the time that they have been desensitized to this kind of situation. I will like for Pet Supplies Delivered to do the right thing and either reship the product or refund me my money.

I purchased my baby ********* once received I found they were hard . The manufacturer informed me that the medication was stored improperly in or near heat. They should stored in a cool, dry place. I've learned my lesson you receive what you pay for. If it discounted in price there's a reason . When called there's not a live person just a message center, no one returns your call. Rae ******

Do not buy vaccines here. I put in an order for 2 feline vaccines and they got here warm as ice packs melted so can't use them. Called today to have them send new ones and they wanted to recharge me plus have me pay an additional $35 for overnight shipping now. I would have been willing to pay the extra shipping but not paying again for the vaccines!

NO STARS Scott/Owner I will not be using ur company ever again!!! You did not do rt by the customer at all!! You didn't add extra ice as I was told. Also was told 2 different story's on what happen to the order. The story I was told it sat in the warehouse package over the weekend. You have stoled from a customer. Scott you could of made it rt but didn't very disappointed.😔 My shots were sent 2 me warm poorly packaged. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WONT MAKE IT RT YOU WILL JUST GET THE RUN AROUND. THIS IS A CRACKERJACK COMPANY. To the 0wner shame on you!!! I would be very embarrassed even writing back to me on my review. You did not do the rt thing if u really cared about your Business and Customers you would have made it rt and u didn't. It was done wrong at ur end!!! I was told the Vaccines wouldn't be mail out not tell Monday but I got them Tuesday somethings very off here. And it say that on the invoice also was told it would be Packet with double ice and was not. It's really really sad it went this why I referred this company to family and friends and they were going to order from u also. I had to let them know what happened to me and not to do business with u.

I was skeptical about ordering dog prescription online, usually I would order from a big chain store. However, the price is very competitive so I gave it a try. I ordered 2 boxes of ************** (green). At first they cancelled my order because my vet did not send a prescription. *** tried to contact me but I did not pick up thinking it was a scam. I then called them back and the lady answered the phone was extremely helpful and gave me the instructions. I also asked if the ********* is good for at least 12 months (since I ordered 2 boxes). She called their pharmacy and told me the expiration date will be May 2024. Very happy and will order again.

The company runs in the schema of fraud. The customer service is the kind of attitude that I have never come across. I ordered a package of 6 tablets for tick/flea prevention for my dog. A dog should be given one each month. The package expires in 6 months. According to the company, the storage time of the product is two years. I asked for a replacement because not all the tablets can be used before the expiration. They said that I should give each table "for the next six months" and then went on and on to the effect that I was harming my dog and ignoring my duties. The company is supposed to contact a vet to verify the information. When I contacted our vet, they had no record of the company. I have saved the email correspondence if you need to verify my review.
