      I had a great experience with not only one eye surgery, but two entirely separate procedures. Nursing staff took great care during and after my surgeries. I’m currently being seen by one the Liu’s for continuation of an ocular disease and couldn’t be happier with the care I’m receiving. He gives me straight answers and he and his staff helped find me affordable eye medications. Thanks for making me feel cared for and not just a number.

      Trying to make an appointment is very hard. When you call on the phone, they are never at the desk, so you leave a message and by the time they call back, you aren't there and they won't call back, so you have to call them and on and on. They need to hire some people, so they can answer there phone, once in awhile. I really liked my doctor, but i will not go back, because they still require a mask and I won't do it.

      Good Morning Roger, We do apologize for any confusion, however; we do not require a mask for entrance into our facility or Surgical Suite at this time. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we did require this for the safety of our staff and patients alike. We are equipped with a team of patient schedulers and you should not be placed into voicemails other than over the occasional lunch hour while our staffing is staggered.       I had a wonderful experience when having my Lasik procedure. I was very anxious and the staff did a phenomenal job of answer all my questions and calming my nerves!

      I was treated with disrespect and they kept having me come back with no results and no answers. I wasted my time with appointments and no answers from the doctors there only to say hey now we are going to laser your eye. I feel like I wasted my time despite being referred by my doctor to there. I went to a different doctor and they said that my eye that they wanted to laser was fine and I trust him more than I do the doctor's there.

      these people are the most unpunctual office i have ever seen, then the office manager said is my job to ask when i will get seen. 5-10 min ok i sat in office 50 min 15 early for paperwork and 35 min after my apt passed. then left and called and complained and one of desk gals lied and said i started off complaining about wearing a mask when all i did was ask for one because i did not have one. the only dr i can see is one at this office.

As a Medical Facility we can at times experience unforeseen Emergencies which can set our Doctors behind schedule a bit. Also, as a Medical Facility, our patients and staff's health is of upmost importance. We do require all who enter our facility to wear masks at this time.
