If you are looking for a reliable, ethical, and profesional contractor Transformations, Inc, owned by Mike ***** is not the company you should ever hire for any work related to siding, windows install, gutters, etc.
When his crew arrived at my home without contactor present a couple days after I signed contract I should have issued a 3 day right of recession letter to terminate contract.
It took this contractor 5 weeks to side a 2400 square foot house, and although the contract stipulated specific finishes and terminations he failed to complete these as agreed, Not only did he cause mayor water damage to basement , his very inexperienced crew puntured hole in inside walls of a bedroom, also ruined walls surrounding windows and patio door being installed by this company, causing significant wall and paint damage recently done to entire inside house by Certa Pro painters. More impotrtantly, Mike **** ruined my basement by arbitrarily and without consent forcefully opened an outdoor disabled water spiket, and by doing so floded my basement. The basement was 85 percent finished and carpet had already been installed as well as walls and all ceillings.. No reasonable person would forcefully open a water main that had been disabled, handle had been removed, and yet this contractor Mike ***** never asked home owner which was every minute of every day on site, if he could forcefully open this pipe with a wrench (as he did).
This contractor, Mike ***** and his son ( a 21 + year old) and helper were provided water, ice, and gatorade every day for the entire 5 weeks they were working on property, he was paid in full for work which after review and inspected by Papillion inspector was not done as specified or completed, although he got his money in full, and I trusted him as he agreed to return to change and finish work he failed to complete and do as agreed, Mike ***** for the last 3 weeks since paid, and what is equally as important to note, he has failed to answer my emails, texts or voice mail, he is someone with no profesional work ethics whatsoever, like many scam contractors out there that once paid they disapear..
Moreover, Mike ***** refused to call and involve his insurance company to remedy damage to our home, step which is the appropiate way to act if contractor has liability insurance or any kind of insurance and if contractor is culpable cause for damage to homeowners property..
If you need someone to work on siding your house, installing windows, and gutters, please use the profesionals in Omaha, whom are Midwest Siding or Carps, Inc., the companies I should of hired, like family and friends have, a few thousand dollars in savings can cost you dearly in the long run, and became a nightmare as this company Transformations Inc has done to me , my family and my home, specifically my basement that is an expense that will cost us more when mitigation of left over water, removal of walls and celings, plus removal of carpeting that must be done to prevent further mold to incroach entire space which to our deriment and because of this contractor failures and gross mistakes, we must now redo the entire basement space all over again.,
