      PSI has been a life saver, their dedication to there customers are unmatched. We are a smaller construction company, woman owned and worked a project in which the general contractor would not pay their bill. The work was done well but the general contractor just refused to pay, we reached out to PSI right away. The took the case even though we were in New York and their communication was clear every correspondence. They took all the documentation, gave me realistic options ( no sugar coating) and they updated me every step of the way. It took almost three years and they were still fighting my case in the background. It allowed me to continue to grow my business confidently knowing they were helping with my case in the background. I was just grateful to find a company that advocated for the “little guy” they worked diligently for so long and in the end i was paid my full debt and more. thank you to all those involved in my case especially Tangie and Joy.

      When you're in business long enough I think the need comes about to need a collection firm. The the question becomes "How do you choose one and what do you look for?" You need go no further than PSI - they took charge and were great, having issues resolved and full debt paid in less than two weeks! GO WITH THEM! Chuck P

      We recently had our first need to engage business to business collection services and chose PSI based on positive online reviews. PSI proved to be very responsive to all of my initial concerns and ongoing questions and were easy to work with throughout the process. While I hope that we won't need their services again soon, we won't hesitate to be back if the need should arise!

      Our company has been utilizing PSI's services for years, and will continue to do so. They are amazing at what they do. They are very communicative, and their portal is user friendly. You can see everything they do with your placed accounts via their portal which we love. I have never had a bad experience with them and all of their employees are very professional and down to earth. I would give 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend this company.

      We have been using PSI collection services for a while and we always had a very nice experience with them. We can do everything through their website, from opening the case to the follow up. Their responsiveness is very effective if we need to email them as well. Highly recommend their services!

      We were using PSI for more than a year, and when we submitted a new file for them to work on, we received an email reply from the President, Joy, detailing that they were no longer accepting new claims, even from existing clients. She informed us that we would need to find a new agency for collections going forward. Her email made it seem as if we were a new client, (she thanked us for our interest in using PSI). Just not the way to handle an active client on which they have made money. Very dissatisfied with the service provided, and the complete lack of notice that they provided.

      Dear James, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, you were not an “active” client in our system. Files with no active placements within a six-month period are placed in “inactive” status. I notified you within 10 minutes of your submission. In addition, and in reply to your rather angry email threatening to file a bad review by the end of the day, I sent you a follow-up email explaining that we recently lost a key member of our team, and this was likely a temporary situation and asked you to call me if you wanted to discuss this further. You chose to file a 1-star review, which is certainly your prerogative. Incidentally, we do expect to have a replacement by the end of the month, so the issue we were experiencing was thankfully short term. As I also explained, agencies are being inundated with new claims because of the economic situation. Adjustments in staffing are all part of that process. In any event, we do wish you the best in your future endeavors. Thank you,

      Joy ***** at PSI handled our past due account with thoughtful consideration and professional efficiency. We have a very young small business. The apartment complex for which we performed a construction service was a hidden part of a maze of complex LLC groups with no obvious responsible party from which to collect payment. The thoroughness of PSI's intake communication with me, and her research into the complex corporate structure behind the apartment unit, despite Joy's skepticism of a favorable outcome, enabled her team to persuade the contracting company to pay promptly without legal intervention. Working with PSI was literally a pleasure after 6 months of frustrating run-arounds, multiple calls intentionally directed toward persons with no authority, and dead-end collection efforts.

      I heartily recommend PSI for the unhappy task of collecting difficult past due accounts.

      PSI was a great company to work with. Everyone I had contact with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The client portal was user friendly.       I just had such a great experience using PSI! They were so easy to work with. I uploaded the information and then they got to work. They collected on the invoices very fast and the portal that they use kept me updated on the progress. They collected in full on the invoices! I would highly recommend working with them!
