This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with credit management and everytime their customer service seems to get worse and worse. I ask for a letter to be mailed to me but then I never receive it. They say they call me but I don’t answer and they refuse to leave a voice message so how do I know what all these random numbers or the no caller id is if they won’t leave a message for me to call back? When I do call them they are super rude and disrespectful and then hang up on me when I become rude with them. Like I said this is not the first time this has happened to me or other people I know that’s had to deal with them.Review from Roxanne F

Zero stars if I could, this company has emptied a joint checking account, they have sued me over 20 times in 3 years garnished my pay checks and my amount goes down but very little every time , this company is a bunch of financial terroristsReview from ANDREA G

since being in collection with CM they have been amazing with us. we have a payment plan that is actually affordable for us considering my husband is our only provider, we have a terminal ill baby. Thank you Harley for your help today!Review from Christine G

I am being garnished for medical debt. Which the hospital would not made arrangements on since I couldn't pay within 6 months. I've been paying for quite awhile as I don't make a ton of money. After the garnishment I bring home 245.00 a week. Last week they emptied my checking account. I got notifications of this action after the $$ was removed. They left me w a negative balance. I called and was informed this can be done. So they can leave you with zero money. I've paid 280 a month every week they get 70 dollars. So I can no longer put money into my checking account because they will be garnishing that money as well. Which will leave me with zero money to pay my rent/electric/ food .Review from Lacy H

This company is beyond awful. Shame on them for taking advantage of the system and of people who are trying to pay off their debt. I feel after reading reviews that not just mine but, every account they get ends up in court before you even know what's going on. And they will not work with you at all! I have asked on 3 different occasions to get a letter stating the amount owed. Each time, which is in 3 different months, it takes approximately 2 weeks to receive, if not longer! They are sending from Grand Island NE to Omaha NE. It is now over 1 week and I have not received. Supposedly the letter was mailed on December 7, 2021. This letter has information in it to give to a bank! I asked if they could email me or fax me something on letterhead, they said no!. I then ask, if I pay, how soon could I get a receipt or judgement stopped. Again, I have to send certified mail! I now have to spend extra money to pay them off! They claim to stop judgement as soon as they get the letter. I don't believe them, simply because I have not received the letter that I requested 10 days ago!
