      My experiences with Culligan/Nashville have never been good for the past many years; however they have a hold on the industry with very few if any competitors. My most recent disappointments started with calling and requesting routine service on my purification system. Lead time was several weeks so I waited. I was not home at the time; however the tech arrived, replaced a small part and left not servicing the system as recommended (Changing filters, testing system etc) - I was charged the full amount for "service call" -- Trying to secure a resolve, on one (1( day alone I attempted 3 times to call. 1) placed on hold for 22 minutes 2) tried again and was put on hold for 18 minutes 3) called a third time and a voicemail took my call instructing me to leave specific information and my call would be returned ASAP --- no call from Culligan - efforts to communicate with customer service were in vain I sent a detailed letter to the Gen Mgr/Owner and to this date have not heard a word regarding my efforts to secure the correct service and my expressed concerns over their lackadaisical attitude toward me as a customer. I dropped by the facility a few days following my attempts to secure customer service assist and I encountered 3 office personnel on hand -- a quiet, comfortable surrounding. I asked one of the office staff how voicemail messages were handled...not telling her who I was, nor my displeasure...."We don't get many of those..." I told her I had one (voicemail) pending in her voicemail system from 3 days prior. (departed) Still to this day, I have heard nothing. Customer Service at its worst I must say.

      Good morning ******. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize I didn't receive a letter or notification that you hadn't been taken care of. I will be conducting a customer service class using this as an example. I do see your info in sales force but for whatever reason I see it wasn't assigned correctly. I will reach out to you this morning and will personally take care of you.

      Fails to contact but claims customer is at fault when clearly didn’t get any call or message left to answer. Try to cancel and request for refund but giving excuses to avoid giving back refund for months. Going into 3rd month trying to get refund.
