      I had a profoundly negative experience with Metro Livery, a transportation company based in Nashville, which left me feeling misled and inconvenienced. I initially booked a car online for an important event, receiving a confirmation email with a quoted price of $358. However, my shock was palpable when I later discovered a credit card charge of $597, which was $230 more than the agreed-upon price. Upon contacting Metro Livery via email to address this discrepancy and request a refund of the overcharged amount, my reservation was abruptly canceled just seven hours before the scheduled event, with the reason cited as a lack of available drivers. This last-minute cancellation caused significant inconvenience and stress, compelling me to urgently seek an alternative transportation service. What was even more distressing was the feedback I received when reaching out to other reputable transportation companies in the area; they mentioned Metro Livery's notorious reputation for deceptive billing practices and unreliability. It's evident that Metro Livery engages in unethical conduct, exemplifying a lack of transparency and respect for their customers. Based on my experience and the feedback from other industry professionals, I strongly advise against using Metro Livery's services. Instead, I recommend seeking more reputable and trustworthy transportation alternatives in Nashville that prioritize honesty, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

      So my husband and I had booked a reservation for a charter service to take us and 26 of our family members to the comedy show on 4/20. The contract was for them to pick us up at the house takes us to eat, to the show and then home. At approx 130 ish my husband reaches out to the driver and was advised that they didn’t have anything on their schedule for a pick up. They was supposed to pick us up at 4!$ Mind you hours prior my husband received an email that morning confirming pick up time and location. My husband then calls the company and they advised him they cancelled the reservation because their driver “quit”. So they then proceed to tell him they sent a cancellation email. Well first off who in the entire $&@! Sends a cancellation email why not call? Also how do you not have a backup driver because had he not quit and been sick who would have driven the charter bus? Then they have the nerve to tell my husband they can refund the money and gives us $200 off the next reservation for the inconvenience…. Why in the world would we trust you with our business again when you couldn’t show up the first time

      Yes, the above review is correct, except that our dispatch office did try to call the client the "day of". But, regardless, the review is correct. We took steps to hire over 10 new drivers the following week, so that we will NOT be in this position again. We are genuinely sorry this occurred, and fully understand the frustration and disappointment.
