THEY LIE.... mark is a liar..Was the winner of my auction on a beautiful ***** CRV used a major credit card to pay for it the one on file at 10:00 at night they claim I have not paid I called c.c. company they said they ran it canceled it ran it again and then they canceled it credit card company claims they approved both transactions talk to the franchisee he told me I can pay for it in cash or he could physically run card in the day of pickup changes his mind. The company is not the problem it's the little weasels that run the franchises which is what is wrong with America people don't do what they say anymore have screenshots of our texts posted on ****** and other websites

******, we were puzzled that we had to contact you more than 36 hours after the auction ended because we had not heard from you or received your credit card payment. That in itself was a breach of our auction terms, which require payment on noon the day after the auction ends. Once I reached out to you, 48 hours after the auction ended, you then began supplying us with a variety of reasons why we hadn’t received your funds. The screen shot of your ******** account that you texted us appeared to show that your payment was rejected by ********. Your funds never reached our account (and still haven’t as of this writing, 3 days after the auction ended), and you offered a variety of reasons for that. The other 33 bidders in the auction paid on time, with no excuses, and followed the rules of the auction. True, during our text exchanges I offered to try and process your card through a different provider, and gave you an option to do so last night, which you did not avail yourself of. Ultimately, I thought it both of our best interests to discontinue our dialog with you, as you became increasingly angry at us and blamed us for your apparent inability to pay for our 25 year-old, $3,500 car on time, with a credit card you had registered prior to bidding. And sending threatening follow-up texts to my cell phone probably isn't the soundest strategy to bolster your case and only reinforces the concerns we had. We wish you all the best. –Mark M******, Owner, CT of Greater Nashville
