            I will begin acknowledging that I understand used cars in TN are as is purchase and though there are issues with the vehicle aspect of this RV the complaint is surrounding issues of the RV safety and functionality which I was told would be repaired before delivery. A and L RV held my vehicle for service for 6 weeks stating they would replace the AC, fix the black tank and a few other minor details and a promise that the RV aspects of my class B RV would be fixed and safe. It did have to go to Ford for one safety issue that they could not deal with a sensor etc I have been unable to use my RV fist because of an issue with the tag and then as I prepared it for my next trip found a propane leak, non functional water heater and a leaking black/grey tank. On top of this the driver door can not be opened without the beeping as if you e left lights or keys. These should have been repaired, the worst aspect is that they ignore phone calls, only returned call after I contacted the GM

            Knowingly sold us a filthy, battered camper with a missing bathroom door. Every step of working with A&L has been like pulling teeth. We had to drive down from PA to TN TWICE because they failed to inspect a camper they bought for their lot and the water filter was shattered. Instead of compensating us for the colossal waste of time and money, they kept us at the dealership for over 4 hours while they got the camper ready. Communication was horrendous between departments as the camper was not cleaned as asked and our weight distribution hitch was also not ready. I emailed A&L for some sort of compensation for the missing door, broken locks, and all the cleaning they did and instead they just ignored us. Owner also said he didn’t mind if the dealership was nuts as long as these nuts are spending money. If I could give 0 stars I would. The black tank was 2/3 filled for god knows how long which is just absolutely disgusting. Filth in every corner of the camper. Just awful and if I knew then what I know now, I never, EVER would have even reached out to them in the first place.
