            We had a contract with Don ********************** to repair a leak in the roof. They did repairs, but did not solve the problem. Kept wanting us to pay more and more money. Gave my mom the " run around " saying COVID was the delay. THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX, AND OUR CEILING HAS NOW COLLAPSED. I only became aware of my elderly mothers situation lately, as I work out of town. I suggest NOONE do business with these people. She paid in FULL, and they never followed up

            I purchased *************** gutter guards from Don Kennedy Roofing in 2014 and every year or two and the front gutters still get clogged. Water pours over the gutter and causes water to penetrate the French doors and the basement. Don Kennedy Roofing has always come out and cleaned the debris out of the trouble spot under warranty. This year, although they flew a drone over my covered gutters and said they would send someone out, there has been no response on when someone will be out.

            I have even offered to pay for them to come out and, no response. I am sustaining damage, and have written emails to that effect, no response.
