I was a paying passenger on a Coach Tour sponsored by my church. Trip was for travel from Nashville to Branson-- it was a disaster; it was foremost a safety concern --- we sent an email after hours(upon our arrival) hinting at a replacement driver for our trip home (we heard nothing back) primarily with emphasis on concern for safety of all travelers. A trip scheduled to be about 7 hours turned out to be 12 hours + - Driver ate constantly; never more than one hand on the steering wheel if that. I saw for my self 5-6 times there were no hands on the steering wheel. Missed turns; wrong roads, From Spaghetti to Fried Chicken to Sunflower seeds - the list goes on - We had signed up for specific shows and were late to most; one show we were to be picked up at 12:05 p.m. -- bus not there; could not find our driver..showed up 1 hour and fifteen minutes late. 52 people left to be in the heat for that period of time (96 degrees -- 85 avg age) -- bus was to be at departure point at @ 7:00 sharp for loading at 7:15 and an on time departure at 7:30. Could not find our driver again; could not reach by phone or other ways. -- I was hopeful for a reply from Wise Coach but have heard nothing. A very lackadaisical attitude on their part. We drove over high curbs, thru ditches -- at one point insisting the bus stop so we could check the tires. One tire impact was enough to puncture a tire - it was on the front of the motor coach. We paid for all meals (Driver) and free tickets to all shows; she had to be awaken on one occasion as she was disturbing all around her seat. She pulled up to **** ******* restaurant near Paducah...and announce "we are here" (not where going) I noticed on sign in transit that reflected 11 miles to Paducah, KY - she took the wrong road (bus almost did not fit the road) and in about 30 minutes a new sign that said 33 miles to Paducah - how can that be we ask. I could go on and on with concern for our safety etc,it appears I am out of space
