    Started a Mortgage Loan with Jeff Mortgage Consultant that went badly due to negligence by Jeff. Jeff failed to follow through on working on our case. He gave incorrect information and mislead us. We ended up getting under contract for land too expensive for our max loan amount due to Jeff providing a wrong approval amount. We paid for deposit on mobile home 750$ and septic permit 500$ all at Jeff's request to later have our contract fall apart due to Jeff not properly setting up a appraisal for the land and mobile home. We attempted multiple contacts with Jeff to make sure the loan was moving through to be ignored or told he was working on it when in fact he was not. We spoke with Jeff's Manager Danny who did not seem to be aware of how the loan worked and stated he would assist in getting everything moving and was unsuccessful. We even tried to follow through after contract fell apart with Danny for a appropriate resolve to this situation to only be told he has to review with Jeff.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They pre-approved us for a conventional home loan, so we started looking for homes with that price range, found one, they approved our loan with conditions and we met those conditions then they started asking more and more and kept pushing the close date back. We had to extend the contract 3 times with the seller, they either didn't have enough p and l statements from me (which i provided 2 years worth along with our taxes for 2 years) or they had to have my husbands company break down my his income, or they needed a signed letter from my husband's work as to why his income was less last year (which he wasn't with them for an entire year and they knew that in the beginning, they asked for it 30 mins prior to closing). We received the final CD and signed it, withdrew the closing costs from my husband's IRA account, waiting to hand it to them and close on the home, by the next morning they had changed the final CD Documents to where only my husbands name was on it, they raised the monthly payments, raised the closing costs, and kept my debt on it (when they weren't his debts, if my name was on it i could understand but it wasn't ) and never said anything to us or our real estate agent that they were changing the final CD, and then denied the loan because my husband didn't have $75k in reserves, when of course he didn't we just took the money out to give to them duh course it's gonna be depleted and because they couldn't verify employment (when they did verify employment). All they did was keep lying to us and stringing us along and wanting to keep extending our contract with the sellers when they had no intention of giving us the loan and letting us get the house from the beginning. I mean they changed underwriters during the entire process of 3 mos. and still couldn't get the loan to close. They honestly don't have their crap together and they are incompetent and have no clue as to what they are doing or how to do it. BEWARE!!!

    I'm sorry you had this experience, we never intended for the loan process to take as long as it did, but we did everything we could to try and get you into this home. Per guidelines we pre-approved you based on your 2019 & 2020 income, once we received your P&L for 2021 your income had reduced by 50% and we were no longer able to use that income and we had to deny the loan. We kept fighting for you and came up with an idea to try and save the loan. We discussed removing you from the loan to try and approve the loan in your husband's name alone. Because he did not work 40 hours a week, we had to use the average of his income from his start date to current, this lowered his monthly income to where we could not approve it under his name alone. This is when we denied the loan for a 2nd time. 2 days later ****** changed their guidelines no longer requiring P & Ls and we tried a 3rd time to make this work for you. Underwriting did require a copy of your 1099 for 2021, but you were unable to provide this so we had to deny the loan for a 3rd time. Again, we apologize for the experience you had but we tried everything we could to fight for you.
