Bought a manufactured home in April 2023. Bad quality since the foundation was poured, literally. When the foundation was poured it was uneven and severely cracked before they even put the house on it. Then when the house went in, it has been nothing but problems since. Multiple faucets within the home broke within the first 4 months, the walls have all cracked, some doors don't shut, some cabinets were falling off, flooring peeling. We complained throughout the process and requested better quality, to be told they'd be sure it was fixed, then when people would show up to fix things, it was a cheap, quick, temporary fix that would end up falling apart again within a week. I do not recommend buying a home from meadows homes. The quality just is not there.

Remember the old car dealership that rushed you to make a down payment and then flipped the deal??? Well that's close enough to describe the dealings we are having with the meadow homes in McMinnville... We had a house fire and we're looking for a mobile to replace it on our land, fell in love with a lot model they had and told that if we don't put 1000 down by the following Monday it was probably going to be sold... So we get the 1000 together in cash and take it to the lot... Fast forward appx a week and a half, we find out that insurance doesn't cover as much as we thought and we now have to back up and punt and probably go with a used mobile now or something totally different... We go to get our deposit back and told we have to wait appx 14 days so corporate can cut a check ?????? I didn't bring a check, I brought cash, we had to get the $$ in a day or two if we didn't want what we were hoping to be our new home sold out from under us, but not even a full two weeks later and they have to wait 14 days to cut a check, well I didn't bring a check I brought cash, and if me and the wife can scrounge up 1000 bucks in a day or two to deposit on the home we wanted you would think a corporate company would be able to do the same?????? Can't put my faith in a company that can't afford to give you back the hard earned money you put up in cash without having a waiting period... I'd be concerned about a company that pushed for a deposit to be made like yesterday, but can't refund it with the same amount of time... If you decide to business here don't fall for the if you really like it you have to put up $1000 unless you guarantee you won't have any mishaps getting an approval or waiting for the insurance company and knowing you can cover the total cost because you are going to have to wait for the corporate company to apparently find the $1000 you have given them in cash and write you a check, hopefully the check is good since it is such a headache for them to give it back

Purchased a home from mobile Home liquidators on October 29th 2022 and as of January 3 2022 still don't have a delivery date and can't get a ball-park delivery date, Rich O*** was very helpful and great up until the closing documents and contact signed and BAM!! No communication no calls from him on any progress if anything, don't know anything more about it than the day of closing, Rich O*** said the day we looked at the home on his lot was for immediate delivery, now I'm having to sign a year lease on a house because I can't get a delivery date from him,, nobody would be happy to be in this situation I promise
