Going to get my CPAP at the office was easy enough but whenever I order resupplies I end up with parts that don't fit my machine. I've called and told them the filters aren't made for my machine; they told me to fold them up and try to fit them in. I have bags of replacement parts I can't use now. As for billing they keep charging me every month $35. I've called numerous times asking when my final payment would be. You are talking to a call center in India so they have difficulty understanding you and you have difficulty understanding them. The answer I always get is "don't worry your last payment is next month" That's been going on for several months and every month I still get charged. One time I called asking when my last payment will be and I was told December 2074.Review from robert r.

I do not understand how Manor Healthcare Supply is still in business. Made 4 attempts in one week to secure a return call. Ended up going to their place of business in Mt. Juliet to inquired as to why? The person told me that they would get to me (return my call) when my messages were read. I left 4 voicemail messages given no live person would ever answer any of my calls. I advised the person of details....he advised me "they were very busy...I should wait and they will get to me. I asked to speak to a manager.....I was advised "we do not give out that information.." I asked again to speak to someone in management and was told "that could not happen" One month later, still no return call. Seriously how do they stay in business??? I warn you to move on to other reputable Healthcare providers.....it will save you a lot of frustration and time. I had to select at least one star on the rating scale to submit this....otherwise it would have been no stars.Review from Jean C

My mother************* live in Mount Juliet TN you all not try hard to get her oxgan machine to her she is 90years old and has COPD she need machine we call they it 6months this not call for it plain dumb if you care abouth patient you would do little better then beating around bush about it.
