    On January 7th, my mother, *********************, asked Goodall Homes to build her a home in ***********, and put down $500 in ******* money and also an additional deposit in the amount of $6850. My mother died on January 31st, ****, and Kelleigh League, a home consultant at Goodall Homes, passed away on January 31st, ****. I spoke to her by telephone and requested that the money my mother gave Goodall Homes be refunded. I was informed by ******** League that I needed to sign a document, which I signed on February 4, ****, to receive my mother's money back. On Monday, February 5th, ****, she informed me that the money would be sent to my mother's bank account. On Friday, February 9th, I informed ******** that the money had not been deposited into my mother's account. She told me that if I did not see the money the following week, I should let her know. On Wednesday, February 14th, ****, I informed ******** that the money had not been deposited in my mother's account. ******** then informed me they had sent out a check instead of wiring the money back to my mom's account. On Thursday, February 15th, I informed ******** that the check had not shown up yet. She informed me the check had been mailed out on February 8th, ****, or February 9th, ****. I informed her that I had checked her mail and it was not there on February 16th, ****, and also on February 21st, ****, that the check was not in my mother's mailbox. It appears that Goodall Homes continues to mislead me about returning my deceased mother's money.

    Worst builder I've ever had. VERY POOR AND SLOPPY BUILDING So many problems I don't have time to mention. Our latest is our dishwasherthat hasn't worked since move in. After months of waiting for parts we find that Goodall installed a damaged dishwasher. It is crushed in the back and they still went ahead and installed it. Why would they install damaged appliances. Very dishonest builder.

    We appreciate our customer reaching out to us over the weekend and allowing us to assist. If it was in install issue as the customer has stated, we behind the install and it will be taken care of as part of the warranty. We will reach out to the customer directly to address this issue.

    YES, APPLIANCE WAS REPLACED (AFTER ALMOST 5 MONTHS LATER). MY PROBLEM IS NOT THAT THE APPLIANCE WAS NOT WORKING, IT'S THE FACT THAT THEY INSTALLED A 'CRUSHED' DISHWASHER. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW IT WAS CRUSHED AT INSTALL TIME. SOUNDS LIKE A BUILDER ISSUE, NOT AN APPLIANCE ISSUE. AS USUAL WITH GOODALL, SLOPPY WORK ALL AROUND.
