TERRELL B**** IS A GREAT CONTRACTOR! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM !!!! I had a contractor named ***** ***** that took my money and used it on other jobs, then could not come up with money to finish my job. He was never on the job to instruct the workers. An addition that should of took 4 months took 10. Terrell B**** came to my aid and is helping me finish my room at 1/2 the cost as others and is helping me pick items that fit my budget since I am retired and they have done a great job also. He has done as much work in 2 weeks as the other did in 10. He always checks on the workers, the progress, & condition of the job.He instructs the workers to do what I wanted done, but explains to me if it has to be different for codes. He kept me informed on everything he was doing. I found him to be a kind & caring person. Wants to help others make their ideas or dreams come true. He won't rob you like the others. He knows his job well & makes sure your project is done correctly. He showed me more by the job he did more than what he said starting this. I am very pleased with my addition.Review from Wilmecia R

We just finished an outdoor project on our patio with Burks and Company LLC. Mr. B*** was very professional, communicated very well and followed thru on exactly what he said he would do in a timely manner. Quality of work is spot on and clean up was left exactly how they found our patio. When Mr. B*** says he will take care of it, He will take care of it. Highly Recommended.Review from Naima F

Mr. B**** with Burks and Company was very professional and well educated on the issues I was having in my home. B&C team was there on time and worked very diligently. Mr B**** was very open and honest about what I can do with my budget. He was also very professional in explaining and making sure I understood the steps of the process that was going to happen in my home. I have talked to few contractors before him. Mr. B**** was a man of his word.Review from Debrah P

He came into our home with sub standard Hispanic workers. The quality of work was horrible. He lied to the workers saying that we owed him money. He had an electrician to come in that didn't complete the work and what was done was incorrect. They took down several walls and did not install the support beams correctly. He didn't do any work himself and his workers were not capable. They were like day labors! We gave him over 14k and it was a waste of good money! I had another contractor to come out and he would not go behind his work. He said Terrell owed him 5k for some work and refuses to pay. Stay away from his services!

If is unfortunate that the project turned into a such a disagreement but I can assure your this was not the outcome. With 20 years in Businesses and only one complaint we take pride in our work with integrity and quality! This matter will be addressed on a professional level and will not be aired on this platform.
